Find a Passaic County Before School Nanny like Lisa who has great experience with children in the classroom and in the home!

“My love of children and passion for education drove me to pursue a teaching degree. I think a Nanny position would allow me to use my education and skills to positively impact the life of a child. I am a very caring and nurturing person, but also consistent with discipline. I would love to not only provide childcare, but also enrich a child’s life with educational and intellectually stimulating activities. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny over any other profession it would have to be because I believe being a Nanny is the best way to make a positive impact on a child’s life. I have been serving in some form of childcare for over three years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel the children are wonderful to work with! If you provide children with a caring, stable environment and provide them with a variety of enriching activities, the positive impact is your own reward. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes light housekeeping such as dishes, dusting, and vacuuming. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am positive, caring, responsible, patient, and calm. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include reading, story-writing activities, taking walks, playing at a park, arts and crafts, tutoring (if the child needs help in school), and educational trips (museums, zoos, etc., pending parent permission). I could also come up with lesson plans for other educational activities, which could then be reviewed by the parents. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Passaic County Before School Nanny like me I would hope they would be a loving family!”

“Lisa’s position during the extended school year was in an Autistic support classroom where she was a 1 to 1 for a child. This meant that she was with this child at all times. She was responsible for assisting the child from the throughout the day, including during non-intensive teaching times. She demonstrated all of the job requirements and more! She proved to be a very responsible, patient, and committed professional whose main focus was on the children and their wellbeing. Her strengths show in her creative ability to adapt to new material quickly to help a child understand and learn. Lisa is a very dedicated and responsible individual. She was responsible for keeping track of the children’s progress during times she worked with them and was able to assist each child based on their current needs. I feel that Lisa would be a perfect candidate for a Passaic County Before School Nanny position because she is able to relate well to children! She is creative, energetic, and always has the children’s best interests at heart. She was responsible, professional, and was always willing to learn and I highly recommend her for a nanny position!”

“Lisa was a student teacher in my two-session kindergarten classroom. She taught a wide variety of creative lessons, using many learning styles, state standards and effective assessments. She was always cooperative, organized and professional with students and staff. Lisa was always receptive to suggestions and eager to try new things. She had a great rapport with the students, but still maintained authority and respect with proper discipline strategies. Lisa has a wonderful work ethic and professional demeanor. I highly recommend her for a Passaic County Before School Nanny position!”

“Lisa completed a very successful student teaching experience in a second grade classroom! She maintained a professional attitude with students, parents, and colleagues. Her cooperative manner was a great asset. Lisa readily completed all tasks she was asked to do. She is well qualified to teach all elementary subjects. She carefully planned her lessons taking into consideration the varying ability levels of the students. She challenged them according to their abilities. Whole class and flexible grouping were used during her lessons. She provided the students with hands-on experiences and used a variety of instructional materials. Discipline of the students was handled effectively and fairly. She provided a pleasant, risk-free environment. Routine classroom management was always completed well. It is my opinion that she would make an excellent Passaic County Before School Nanny! Lisa will most certainly prove to be a valuable resource!”
