If it catches your attention, we will schedule a call with you to discuss the position in more detail. This step is crucial in ensuring your genuine interest in the role. During our conversation, we will delve into your previous positions, educational background, and schedule availability. Most importantly, we will explore how your attributes align with the family's specific needs and requests. Assuming it appears to be a promising match from both your perspective and your Placement Counselor's, we will send your complete profile to the family for their consideration.
