“I am an extremely motivated and hard-working individual who is full of energy and enthusiasm! I thrive on being active and embracing the outdoors. Being a nanny is my chosen profession because I adore children and believe I have a lot to offer a family. If I had to sum up why I chose the Nanny profession over any other, it would be because I find fulfillment in working with children and engaging in spirited activities. With over 8 years of childcare experience, including time spent at the Spartanburg County After School Program, I can confidently say that I absolutely love what I do! In my opinion, children in the program are open-minded, eager to learn, joyful, entertaining, and innocent. As a nanny, my objective is to ensure their safety, provide education, and create enjoyable experiences. I am more than willing to contribute to housekeeping duties such as cooking, cleaning, pet care, and laundry. When it comes to describing myself using five adjectives, I would say that I am trustworthy, reliable, active, easy-going, and kind. In terms of daily activities for the family I care for, I would love to incorporate exercises, educational tasks, and outdoor adventures on pleasant days. If I were to describe my ideal family seeking a nanny like myself, I would hope they possess strong morals and values, have effective communication skills, and genuinely enjoy an active lifestyle.”

“I had the pleasure of knowing Dianna during our time as teachers and coworkers at the Spartanburg County After School Program. I must say, she has truly excelled in her role, ensuring a seamless transition for the students. Let me share my observations of her teaching abilities. Dianna's teaching skills are exceptional. She demonstrates a deep understanding of the subjects she teaches and effortlessly adapts her teaching style to meet the unique needs of her students. In the classroom, she displays a strong command of classroom management techniques, utilizing a variety of methods to create an effective learning environment. Dianna establishes herself as an authoritative figure, earning the respect of her students and maintaining a professional rapport with them. Moreover, her relaxed demeanor allows her to effortlessly connect with her students, fostering an environment of trust and openness. Dianna's lessons are engaging and well-planned, incorporating a diverse range of teaching techniques. Her confidence in implementing these lessons is evident, and she skillfully adjusts her approach to accommodate the diverse learning styles within each class. Throughout her interactions with students, parents, and colleagues, Dianna consistently demonstrates tact, courtesy, and genuine care for her students' well-being and academic success. I have witnessed her go above and beyond, investing additional time and effort to support her students in reaching their goals. During her tenure at our High School, Dianna has undergone significant personal growth as an educator. In addition to her professional competence, she is a pleasure to work with, always ensuring that everything is organized and taken care of when I take over teaching responsibilities. The qualities I have described above played a pivotal role in facilitating a smooth transition for my students and me. Dianna's strong work ethic, combined with her warm personality, promises a bright future for her as a teacher.”

“Diana came on board with Spartanburg County After School Program at the beginning of the school year due to a teacher leaving for another district. Seamlessly filling the vacant position, Diana quickly familiarized herself with the curriculum, students' backgrounds, learning needs, and the staff. She further enhanced the existing curriculum by integrating engaging activities and authentic assessments that deeply immersed our students. As the coordinator of a team of approximately 15 staff members, my responsibilities include organizing and updating them on school developments, conducting professional development activities, and meeting professional obligations. Diana never posed any issues in these areas. She consistently attended, arrived on time, and came prepared for all assigned tasks. Additionally, she willingly volunteered for open house and SLC activities. Diana's exceptional classroom management skills have allowed her to establish a warm and engaging rapport with her students, while maintaining professional boundaries. Beyond her teaching role, Diana actively participated as an assistant coach for our school's Swim Team, frequently chaperoned school dances and events, assisted at the Spartanburg County After School Program, and regularly attended student sporting events. Her enthusiasm, genuine care for students, and dedication are palpable, and it is evident that she enjoys her job. Diana's ability to create a safe environment in her classroom has not gone unnoticed by the students, who, in turn, strive to earn her approval. Losing Diana as part of our staff will be a significant loss for us, but a substantial gain for any organization fortunate enough to hire her.”

“When it comes to Dianna's interaction with staff and students in the Spartanburg County After School Program, she is truly a team player. Her open-mindedness and helpful nature are evident in her actions. Dianna consistently offered her assistance whenever necessary. She actively collaborated with me in organizing conflict resolution sessions and directing students to the appropriate staff member if the situation escalated. Working with students in the program, Dianna displayed sincere dedication to helping them showcase their best work. She diligently worked with each student, guiding them towards reaching their full potential. Thanks to her laid-back demeanor, students felt at ease when talking to her on numerous occasions. Through engaging and enjoyable lessons, Dianna made an effort to captivate and maintain her students' interest in Social Studies. It has been a pleasure collaborating with Dianna this school year, and I confidently recommend her for any position.”
