Known as "Beth" at ABC Nanny Source, but referred to as "LisaBeth" by her Mom, Dad, little brother, friends, and teachers from childhood, she is simply "Mom" to her five handsome children. She goes by "Lisa" to her neighbors, church friends, and colleagues, and is lovingly called "Aunt Lisa" by her nephews and niece. Her husband affectionately calls her "Bunny," a nickname she proudly displays on her license plate. She is a master of juggling different names, wearing many hats, and answering to everyone, sometimes all at once. With a degree in multi-tasking, she's quick to pull out her driver's license and share her "name story," inviting others to call her anything they'd like, just not late for dinner. Adored by her family, friends, the church community, and neighbors, she has also touched the lives of thousands of families and nannies locally as she has served at ABC Nanny Source for over a decade. On a personal note, she grew up in the suburbs of this beautiful town and married her elementary school sweetheart, whom she has known since she was only 8 years old. Recently, the couple celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary in Kauai, Hawaii, renewing their vows and continuing their love story like a fairy tale. She finds joy in telling everyone that she has been "matchmaking" since she was a little girl, and that passion hasn't wavered since joining ABC Nanny Source after nearly a decade in marketing at the phone company. Beth takes pleasure in matching each family she works with to the perfect caregiver, recognizing that everyone has different needs. She values every aspect of connecting the right individual to the family and forms intimate relationships with both families and nannies, often considering them as close friends. In a remarkable display of her matchmaking skills, she successfully paired up two single parents who were both ABC clients, and they recently announced their engagement. While this may not be a typical service offered at ABC Nanny Source, it showcases her dedication to going above and beyond the call of duty. Drawing inspiration from Disney's Mary Poppins, she believes that a Spoonful of Sugar makes everything better. Her sweet and recognizable voice is a testament to her cheerful disposition. Despite joking, "I know I sound like I'm 3 years old, but I've got the wrinkles to prove it's not true!" she maintains a sense of humor and radiates positive energy that is contagious. Her presence makes every day Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. Among her favorite things are rainbows, dolphins/whales, waterfalls, beaches, country music, hiking, playing guitar, sunsets and sunrises/thunderstorms, Broadway plays in NY, card games, and, above all, family time.

Hannah / Lead Placement Counselor

Hannah is an individual who exudes fun, energy, and a sense of adventure. Her passion for people has always been a defining characteristic, evident in every aspect of her life. This love for human connection has been nurtured and cultivated throughout her various pursuits and learning experiences. Hannah's artistic inclination became apparent when she embarked on piano lessons at the young age of 5. As the years went by, she expanded her musical horizons by delving into classical, pop, and theatrical styles in both piano and vocal lessons. Continuing her journey in 2014, Hannah enrolled at Liberty University, where she diligently pursued a Bachelor of Music in Artist Development. It was during this time that she actively sought personal and professional growth through a series of internships. These diverse endeavors included volunteering for construction work in Fairbanks, AK and participating in the esteemed Disney College Program in Orlando, FL. More recently, Hannah completed a program in Cosmetology at Paul Mitchell the School Central Heights-midland. Demonstrating her commitment to excellence, she graduated with notable distinctions in Makeup Honors and Phase Two Honors. Since 2016, Hannah has been a valued member of ABC Nanny Source, where she cherishes the opportunity to forge connections with both nannies and families. Her journey with the company began as a Nanny Recruiter before transitioning into an assistant role in the Nanny Placement Department. Now, as a Placement Counselor, Hannah dedicates her days to assisting families in finding the ideal nanny, striving to match them with their very own Mary Poppins. A guiding principle that resonates with Hannah comes from one of her beloved Scriptures, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God" (1 Corinthians 10:31). Upholding this mantra, she eagerly looks forward to continuing her meaningful connections with families, utilizing her creativity and exceptional communication skills to help parents and children alike find the nanny of their dreams.

Erica / Verification Department Coordinator

Erica has dedicated many years of her life to working with children in various settings, and this passion for helping others is evident in her work at ABC Nanny Source. Her bright and cheerful demeanor resonates through everything she does, particularly in assisting nannies with creating compelling profiles. Erica's role in the Verification Department enables her to offer prompt assistance and address any inquiries that arise. When she's not on the job, Erica can often be found immersed in a fantasy-filled book or baking delectable treats to share with friends. Her unwavering optimism and determination ensure that each day holds its own adventure, whether it involves playing games with her loved ones or tirelessly aiding others in finding their "perfect fit" through the agency. Erica's impact is truly immeasurable, as she is adored by countless individuals for her selflessness and dedication. Within the Verification Department, she is affectionately referred to as the "brain" due to her remarkable memory and ability to recall the status of any nanny or family without hesitation. This unique talent stems from both her kind-heartedness and sharp intellect.
