ABC represents many nannies that have experience from a Dorchester County After School Program like Dianna who will be perfect for educationally focused families.

“I am a highly motivated and hard-working individual who thrives on energy and enthusiasm! I have a strong preference for being active and enjoying the outdoors. My passion for working with children and the value I believe I can bring to a family is why I have chosen to pursue a career as a nanny. The experience I gained from working at the Dorchester County After School Program, alongside my over 8 years of childcare experience, has only reinforced my love for what I do. In my opinion, children are open-minded, eager to learn, full of excitement, and innocence. As a nanny, my primary goal is to protect, educate, and entertain them. I am also more than willing to take on various household responsibilities such as cooking, cleaning, pet care, and laundry. Describing myself in five adjectives, I consider myself trustworthy, reliable, active, easy-going, and kind. In terms of daily activities for the family, I would love to incorporate exercises, educational endeavors, and spending quality time outdoors on beautiful days. Ideally, I envision the perfect family seeking a nanny like myself to be one with strong morals, excellent communication skills, and a shared passion for being very active.”

“I had the privilege of working with Dianna at the Dorchester County After School Program, where she has made a significant impact on the classes. The students' transition under her guidance has been seamless. Here are my observations of Dianna's teaching abilities. Dianna's teaching skills are truly commendable. She displays exceptional subject knowledge and is adept at adapting her teaching style to meet the diverse needs of her students. Inside the classroom, Dianna demonstrates a strong grasp of classroom management and employs a range of effective techniques. Her authoritative presence commands respect from the students, and she maintains a professional rapport with them. One of Dianna's strengths is her relaxed approach, which allows students to easily connect with her and open up. Her lessons incorporate a variety of teaching techniques, and she executes them with confidence. Dianna skillfully adjusts her lessons and teaching styles to cater to the different needs of each class, and her adaptability yields successful results. Not only is Dianna tactful and courteous in her interactions with students, but she extends the same respect to parents and colleagues. It is evident that she genuinely cares for her students and is dedicated to their success. Dianna willingly goes the extra mile, investing additional time and effort in supporting her students' achievements. Throughout her time at our High School, Dianna has shown tremendous growth as a teacher. Personally, she is a delight to work with, and I always feel reassured knowing that everything is well-organized when I come in to teach. The qualities described above have contributed to a smooth transition for both myself and the students. Dianna's hard work and vibrant personality are destined to flourish in her teaching career!”

“Diana seamlessly filled the unfilled position in our Dorchester County After School Program when a teacher accepted a position in another district on the first day of school. She immediately familiarized herself with the curriculum, students' backgrounds and learning needs, and the rest of the staff. Moreover, she enhanced the existing curriculum by incorporating engaging activities and authentic assessments that fully engaged our students. As the coordinator of the program, my responsibilities include organizing and updating a staff of approximately 15 members, conducting professional development activities, and fulfilling professional obligations. I can confidently say that Dianna was exemplary in all these aspects. She consistently attended and arrived on time for all the required tasks, and was always prepared. Furthermore, she enthusiastically volunteered for additional responsibilities such as open house and SLC activities. Her classroom management skills were outstanding, and her friendly and open style of interaction resonated well with the students, while maintaining appropriate professionalism. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Dianna actively engaged in extracurricular activities such as being an assistant coach for our school Swim Team, chaperoning at school dances and events, and assisting at the Dorchester County After School Program. She also frequently attended student sporting events. This level of involvement clearly demonstrates her passion for her job and her genuine care for the well-being of the students. It is because of this dedication and genuine concern that she easily commands respect and engenders a sense of safety in her classroom. Students feel compelled to do their best in order to please her. Losing Dianna as part of our staff would be a great loss for our program. However, it would undoubtedly be a great gain for any future employer fortunate enough to hire her. She brings an unparalleled enthusiasm and commitment to her work, making her an invaluable asset to any educational institution.”

“When it comes to the Dorchester County After School Program, Dianna is without a doubt a team player, open-minded, helpful, and professional. She consistently demonstrated her willingness to lend a helping hand whenever it was needed. Dianna played an active role in facilitating conflict resolution sessions and referring students to the appropriate staff member if the situation escalated. Her dedication to helping students present their best work was evident, as she worked diligently with each individual to help them reach their full potential. Dianna's calm and approachable demeanor created a comfortable environment, making students feel at ease when speaking with her. Through her interactive and engaging Social Studies lessons, she made a conscious effort to stimulate and maintain her students' interest. It has been a pleasure working alongside Dianna this school year, and I wholeheartedly recommend her for any position!”
