"I am very outgoing and supportive! I have been serving in some form of childcare for over 15 years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel that children are our future. I take pride in helping to set a strong foundation of communication, sharing, patience and self expression with children at a young age, so they can grow up having confidence in themselves and having an understanding for others. My goal as a Nanny is to be consistent for the family I work for, as well as flexible in trying new techniques that work for the child in terms of discipline, encouragement, learning skills, and communication skills.
