Throughout this process, your placement counselor will keep you well-informed about the various positions you are being considered for. They will provide you with all the necessary information to help you decide if a position is of interest to you. If you express interest, we will arrange a call with you to discuss the position in detail. This step is crucial to ensure your genuine interest and to gather more information about your previous positions, education, and schedule availability. Of utmost importance, we will also discuss how your qualities align with the needs and preferences of the families. Assuming it appears to be a good match from both your perspective and the placement counselor's, your full profile will then be sent to the family for their consideration.
