What Will Our Minnesota Nanny Agency Do For You?

Maintaining constant communication between your family and your counselor is crucial to ensuring that our Minnesota Nanny Agency delivers top-notch service. Once we receive your completed online registration form and the signed ABC referral agreement, we will promptly assign you a placement counselor who will conduct a personal consultation at your convenience. During this consultation, your counselor will thoroughly review your family application, addressing any clarifications needed for aspects such as scheduling consistency, allergies of your little ones, pets in the home, additional languages spoken, and any other information you wish to share. This will help us ensure that we promptly send you the most suitable candidates. Following the consultation, your counselor will stay in touch and provide you with regular updates on the progress. Maintaining this constant communication is vital to ensuring that our Minnesota Nanny Agency offers you the best possible service.

Your placement counselor will provide you with the selected nannies' profiles, as well as a standard "Offer of Employment Letter." You can customize this letter to accurately convey your preferences to the counselor, who will then present it to the chosen MN nanny. Once you make a decision on which nanny to hire, we will offer the position to your selected candidate. As soon as she accepts the offer, she will be promptly removed from the pool of available candidates and not presented to any other families. Subsequently, an ABC staff member will compile a hard copy profile for your family records, which will be sent to you via certified mail within a few days. The electronic profile will encompass clearances, certifications, reference letters, identification copies, contact information (including emergency contacts), email address, a one-year commitment pledge, the Offer of Employment Letter, and the signed offer of employment letter demonstrating acceptance.

After your nanny has commenced her duties, your placement counselor will promptly contact your family to ensure everything is proceeding according to plan. Furthermore, your placement counselor will remain easily accessible to address any inquiries that may arise concerning your nanny, including matters related to pay raises, bonuses, vacations, or any other concerns that may arise. ABC Nanny Source's placement counselors are committed to providing continuous support to our families and nannies, striving to exceed your initial expectations.
