ABC Nanny Source is known in the New York Metropolitan Area and Long Island as the agency with the most desirable position offerings. We work directly with each family and Nanny to make the perfect match! Once you have met the family for you, and the family is ready to extend you an offer; your Placement Counselor will prepare an Offer of Employment proposal that is signed by the family to present to you. The Offer of Employment will include your salary or hourly rate of pay, your paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, standard hours for the position, and a description of the duties requested. Everything is in writing! As a NYC ABC Nanny, you will be among the most elite group of childcare professionals in the industry!

ABC Nanny Source does not dictate to our families how taxes should be handled, but we generally suggest that they go through a payroll agency that specializes in household staff employee payroll to keep things simple and legal. This does vary from family to family.
