ABC represents Nannies in Warren County like Amanda who have a genuine love of what they do!

"As long as I can remember I have loved being around children, and I have always known I wanted to be a special education teacher. My mother passed down the love for children to me--she was also a special education teacher. I was always taught how important children are and I have been around children one way or another most of my life. I have found that being one of the Nannies in Warren County has been a valuable experience for me. The responsibility a nanny has is incredible and is not something I have or would ever take lightly. I am a very responsible person and I am also very patient which are two qualities that are mandatory in the nanny profession. Being around children makes me happy, I enjoy going to work everyday and doing something new everyday. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because it is a valuable job to have experience in going to school to be a teacher. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over five years and can honestly say I adore what I do! I feel the children are so much fun! Children are amazing to watch--they learn so quickly and have so much potential. My goal as a Nanny is to have the children look forward to seeing me and spending time together and learning from each other. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes feeding the children, cleaning up after them, laundry, straightening up their rooms, and cleaning the playroom. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am patient, caring, energetic, honest, and dependable. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include arts and crafts, outdoor activities, reading, and puzzles. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be caring!"

“Amanda went above and beyond her job requirements. She always made sure I had a clean kitchen, and straightened bedrooms without being asked. She will certainly be an asset to your Washington Nanny Agency! Additionally, she kept track of the girl’s assignments and tests. I would be lost without her on a school night! Amanda has been great. My girls love her. She is kind and fair. She is also creative and fun. (I would come home on several occasions and find that Amanda allowed my daughter to put her hair in a million little ponytails. Of course she looked silly, but she would leave proud of her new hair-do.) Amanda was also very good with homework patrol. She worked diligently with the girls until homework was complete. Even if I came home in the middle of it, she kept working. For three years I did not have to worry when Amanda was in charge. She drove the girls to and from school and activities. She brought creative, fun things to do if she babysat on weekends. Amanda always remembered the girls on holidays and even showed up at their birthday parties! I cannot say enough about Amanda. She has been my right hand and will be one of the best Nannies in Warren County your family could hire!”

”Amanda performed all job requirements very well! Amanda instilled confidence from the first time we met with her which set her apart from other Nannies in Warren County that we met. She is continually responsive and flexible. She interacts very well with Alex and he enjoys her company. She arrives to work on time and when expected, she provides details about the night’s events as appropriate. She is very conscientious and interactive. I highly recommend her to any family considering her for a nanny position!”

“I have 2 small children, ages 3 and 5 which Amanda cares for on occasion. It is hard to find someone to trust with your children with all of the Nannies in Warren County so we never have any doubts or worries because Amanda is a very responsible and caring individual. She always takes time for them. Any family would be extremely grateful and fortunate to have her as a nanny.”
