What Will Our New Jersey Nanny Agency Do For You?

Upon receiving your completed online registration form and the faxed ABC referral agreement, you will immediately be assigned to a fantastic placement counselor who will conduct a personal consultation with you over the phone at your convenience. During this discussion your counselor will go over the entire family application with you and clarify each and every aspect of the description, from the consistency in the schedule, to any allergies your little one(s) may have, what pets are in the home, any other languages that may be spoken – anything you want to share with your counselor to assist us in making sure we are sending you the ideal candidates to you promptly. During this initial conversation your counselor will also confirm your address and potential directions to your home, contact information including home, cell and email information, along with your availability schedule to begin interviewing with potential NJ nannies. From there – it won’t be long until your counselor will be in touch again with an update regarding her progress working on your position!

Your counselor will be sure to allow sufficient time in between interviews – typically an hour interim between candidates is sufficient. She will follow up with you every day to get your feedback regarding the interviewee and provide you the candidates feedback regarding thoughts and/or questions she may have had after having met with you too. This constant communication between your family and your counselor are vital to ensuring that our New Jersey Nanny Agency provides you the very best service.

Once you determine which candidate you would like to hire, your placement counselor will send you the typical “Offer of Employment Letter” to verify exactly what you would like the counselor to present to the NJ nanny you have chosen. Once we receive your approval and present the position to the candidate you have selected and she has accepted the position, she will be immediately removed from the database of available candidates and will not be offered to go on any further interviews with other families. (Any interviews already pre-scheduled will be immediately cancelled). At that point, your placement counselor will assemble a hard copy profile for your family records, which will be sent to you certified mail within a matter of a few days. The hard copy profile will contain copies of all clearances, certifications, letters of reference, identification, address, contact numbers, email addresses, one year commitment pledge, signed ABC Code of Contact Acknowledgement, the Offer of Employment letter, and yes – even her fingerprints!

Your placement counselor will follow up with your family soon after your nanny has started to ensure things are going great as expected. She will still continually be readily available for you as needed in case your nanny were to need an unexpected day off due to illness, family emergency or planned vacation. If you are ever in need of a temporary nanny to fill in for your permanent caregiver – your original placement counselor, who knows you best, will be the one to fulfill that request for you!
