"Cassie has been our nanny for a year. During her time with us, she has been an excellent caregiver. She got our child on a regular schedule and reinforced naps, took our child for walks, to the park and to classes and fed him throughout the day. She did arts and crafts with him, read to him extensively and taught him baby sign language. He was always engaged and learning, even while playing.
