"What impressed me the most about working with ABC Nanny Source was the level of detail and organization in which such confidential information was presented. I received an extensive profile of each nanny candidate prior to her coming to my home for an interview. Once each nanny arrived at my door, I was fully relaxed because I felt I already knew the person in front of me! That’s how detailed these profiles were. The process was made very easy for our family and within a matter of days, I hired the perfect nanny for our children!"

Samantha loves being an Everett Special Needs Nanny because she finds it very rewarding!

“I have extensive childcare experience as a live-out Nanny. I have worked with several families since starting my career as an Everett Special Needs Nanny ranging in age from Newborn (triplets) to 8 years of age. I am a certified Massage Therapist with a Certificate in Nutrition. I have loved every moment of my career. Being a Nanny is one of the most rewarding jobs I think you will ever have next to being a mother of your own child. Children are truly amazing gifts that teach you so many things about yourself, even on your worst day a child can brighten up your day. I have strong nurturing ethics, which is why I always give 100% in everything I do. I am very organized, energetic, disciplined and a creative individual. I have always loved taking care of others, it is something I have been doing my whole life! Daily activities during childcare time would include: Art projects, writing our names and numbers, reviewing colors and shapes, numbers and the alphabet, reading, organizing play dates, outdoor activities and field trips.”

“I highly recommend Samantha for any type of Everett Special Needs Nanny position. I had the pleasure of meeting Samantha. I worked jointly with her while caring for 10-month old triplets, but Samantha had been working with this family since the children were born. In this position, Samantha over- exceeded her duties and responsibilities pertaining not just to child care, but also housekeeping and laundry, animal care, and house-sitting. At a later point, two of the three children were diagnosed with autism, leading her to take on additional responsibilities with maintaining behavioral plans and working towards IHP goals in the home. She displayed a maturity well beyond her years throughout the time frame that we worked together. She dealt patiently with behavioral issues common with autism, while using valuable time-management skills wisely to complete all supplementary household tasks most effectively. Despite this busy schedule, she never denied requests for additional hours. Her work ethic is by far one of the strongest that I have encountered. She regularly showed up for work early, stayed late at the family's request, worked on her days off, and rarely took sick days. Her schedule flexibility makes her a perfect fit for most families looking for a responsible, reliable, professional, and hard-working nanny. Even stronger than Samantha's work-ethic, is her child-rearing skills. She worked to make sure the children were always involved in age-appropriate activities. When none were available in her immediate environment, she used her creativity to provide such activities. As stated, she has remained patient through difficult behaviors and tantrums. Despite behavioral difficulties, she established strong bonds with each of the children individually, an accomplishment very difficult to obtain with young triplets. Any family would feel comfortable leaving their children in the care of Samantha extended periods of time. She will quickly become not just a care taker, but part of the family.”

“We found Samantha to be very dependable, honest, hard-working, and a natural with our children. I would happily re-employee her as an Everett Special Needs Nanny, although our children are older now and don't require childcare.”

“Samantha provided child care for our 3 boys whose current ages are 9, 7, and 4 years old, we cannot recommend her highly enough. Samantha has proven to be extremely reliable, trustworthy, caring, nurturing, and responsive in the care she has provided. Beyond that, Samantha has been very flexible in her own schedule so as to accommodate the work schedule of my wife and I. Samantha has been very nurturing with our children and engages them regularly in games, crafts, or activities which they have always found interesting and enjoyable. Being a very organized person, Samantha has always kept the boys on schedule and prepared for their day at school as my wife and I are typically gone before the boys are awake. She also would bring them to doctor or dentist appointments as necessary and to the playground after school when the weather was favorable. Having been through a number of child care providers, I can say without reservations that Samantha exceeded our expectations as an Everett Special Needs Nanny and has provided peace of mind for my wife and I that our boys are well cared for when we are not home.”

“I am writing to recommend Samantha whom I have known for 10 years, as an Everett Special Needs Nanny. During that time, her performance working as a Nanny proved to be a valuable addition to any family. Samantha distinguished herself by consistently acting as a professional. Her experience as a Nanny is exceptional and she has shown care and patience in caring for her grandmother who suffers from Alzheimer. My experience with Samantha has been in the caregiving of my mother-in-law who also suffered from Alzheimer. Her patience, nurturing and happy personality was a great asset. I have no doubt Samantha would be a valuable asset to you and I give my highest recommendation.”

“Samantha has been dating my son for a few years and is part of our family. She and my son rent an apartment in our house in the lower level and we spend lots of time together with evening conversations and Sunday dinners. I know quite a bit about this young lady and what she does day after day. I notice things about people, good and bad. Samantha is currently working in this field and has been for several years. Most of my family members have met some of the children from the family she is working with. Having been with the same family for the time she has, it would be safe to say she is well liked and performs the job as described. I feel as if she is more than qualified to remain in this field as an Everett Special Needs Nanny. Samantha is a caring and responsible professional and takes her job seriously. I would recommend Samantha without reservations for a position with another family.”
