"What impressed me the most about working with ABC Nanny Source was the level of detail and organization in which such confidential information was presented. I received an extensive profile of each nanny candidate prior to her coming to my home for an interview. Once each nanny arrived at my door, I was fully relaxed because I felt I already knew the person in front of me! That’s how detailed these profiles were. The process was made very easy for our family and within a matter of days, I hired the perfect nanny for our children!"

Lindsay loves being a role model for Nannies in Bellevue, WA!

“I am very responsible! I come from a great family and I am a very loving and kind person. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I like working with children. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over five years and can honestly say I love doing what I do! I feel children are so much fun and they are so funny in their own ways! My goal as one of the Nannies in Bellevue, WA is to make the parents’ life better and help in any way I can. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes laundry, cleaning dishes, and of course preparing meals. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am loving, caring, fun, responsible, and dedicated. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include playing outside, games, and completing puzzles! If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be very kind!”

I feel she would be a tremendous asset for your family and has my highest recommendation!”

I have had the experience of supervising' Lindsay for the academic school year. Lindsay worked as a student teacher aide in a pre-kindergarten classroom. The classroom is made up of 23 children and the teaching staff consists of 3 teachers. Lindsay has a good work ethic and is dedicated to doing a great job. She is a punctual person, and eager to help out and assist with all the tasks in the classroom. She arrives ready to work and enthusiastic to be with the children. Lindsay is able to take responsibility for reading stories to the children (small groups), setting up a small group activity and assisting in the supervision of a large group. Lindsay enjoys sitting with the children, playing whatever table activity is there. She is able to get all the children engaged in the play. With assistance Lindsay is able to design simple lessons or plan large group activities. The children consider her as one of their teachers, and enjoy her company and direction. Lindsay performed all housekeeping tasks with ease. She helped set and clean up snack, help with after lunch responsibilities and assist in transition times. When one of the regular teachers were absent, and were replaced with a substitute, Lindsay would help the classroom teacher with all of the responsibilities of the day. She did this easily and confidently. I would recommend her for a position from the Nannies in Bellevue, WA! Lindsay worked all year on her goals and she has achieved them all.”

“I had the pleasure of supervising Lindsay in our program. I also taught the academic class she took in Early Childhood in her second year in the program. This class covered Child Development from pregnancy through age four, Early Childhood and classroom management. Concurrent to taking courses here, Lindsay completed a one semester practicum in her first year in our program working two days a week with three year olds. In her second year she had full year placement, working three full days each week with four and five-year-olds. On a day-to-day basis, Lindsay's basic work skills were very good. Lindsay was a team player. She cheerfully followed through in carrying out all her daily responsibilities and was open to pitching in to help wherever there was a need. On days that she was at work she arrived at her internship promptly, and dressed appropriately for work with young children. She sought out and took direction well. Lindsay enjoyed working with the children, she had a cheerful, upbeat, and friendly manner and children sought her out. They liked participating in the projects she ran. She carried out lively conversations with children as she worked with them. She was assertive with children when that was needed and comfortable when she had to redirect children's behavior. She was alert to safety issues. Throughout the year, Lindsay participated in the full range of activities in the classroom. She was regularly involved in, and took responsibility for, the general routines of the day, helping children with snacks, lunch, and nap supervision, clean-up, and managing transitions. She displayed great skill in working individually with children and with small groups, both informally and in organized activities. She regularly set up and supervised activities, nicely engaging children in their play. Lindsay knew she worked optimally with groups of three to six children and was good at setting those limits and then making sure other children got their turn to work at whatever she was doing. She enjoyed planning and running curriculum projects with the children. She participated in group times, read stories and ran other activities. Lindsay demonstrated many good skills and the potential for continued growth as a teacher of young children with the Nannies in Bellevue, WA.”

“I have had the pleasure to work with Lindsay in an Elementary School where she is employed as one of the Nannies in Bellevue, WA. Lindsay is punctual and is always open to helping wherever she is needed. She interacts nicely with the children and they seek her out quite frequently. The children enjoy her company, which is quite apparent. She does an especially nice job doing arts and crafts projects, playing games and just carrying on lively conversations. Lindsay is a rule follower and works best carrying out specific tasks. I highly recommend her as a nanny!”

“I have been fortunate to have a very close relationship with Lindsay since her birth. I have watched her grow and develop into a strong and confident woman. Lindsay has a positive outlook on life and has a very strong work ethic. Since a young age she has worked and taken great pride in being independent. We are a very large family with many children and Lindsay has a natural ability to nurture and keep them entertained on all of our family vacations. She was, and continues to be, the person the children want to spend time with and have as their childcare provider. I feel strongly that any family will be grateful to take on Lindsay from the Nannies in Bellevue, WA and without a doubt she will provide a safe and loving environment.”
