"What impressed me the most about working with ABC Nanny Source was the level of detail and organization in which such confidential information was presented. I received an extensive profile of each nanny candidate prior to her coming to my home for an interview. Once each nanny arrived at my door, I was fully relaxed because I felt I already knew the person in front of me! That’s how detailed these profiles were. The process was made very easy for our family and within a matter of days, I hired the perfect nanny for our children!"

Jaime's personality and experience working with many different age ranges make her a perfect Pierce County Before School Nanny!

“I am a fun loving person, who is very honest and trusting! I come from a single parent home that was very loving and caring and have a sister and brother. Working with children is an honor to me. Being able to teach them and see them grow and change is so wonderful. Children are amazing and a joy to be around. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I love children and the sense of joy they bring into my life. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 16 years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel the children are a wonderful way to show them what the world has to offer them. My goal as a Pierce County Before School Nanny is to provide a safe, fun and happy environment in which they can grow and learn. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes children’s laundry and light cleaning. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am fun, loving, honest, trusting, and caring. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include crafts, going to the park if weather is nice, and swimming if it summer time. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be a family that would welcome me kindly!”

“Jaime came to us with a wealth of childcare experience. She had worked for many years in a day care facility and as a childcare provider. Her prior employer not only provided us a wonderful reference for Jaime, but also sought to have Jaime return to employment with her when she re¬opened another day care facility - a true sign of her recommendation of Jaime. Jaime is exceptionally talented with children. She is caring, loving and compassionate, while having the ability to maintain control and composure during challenging "moments" with our children. Our children respect and love Jaime - feelings that were surely earned as she guided them with care, but also discipline consistent with our beliefs and desires. Jaime is able to provide childcare to infants, toddlers and older children. She understands early childhood development of infants and toddlers from her past experience in day care and with us, as well the changing needs of older children as they enter school, become involved in more and more activities and develop their social skills. As our job description changed as our children grew and entered school, Jaime easily adapted to her changed roles and responsibilities with ease and no complaint. In addition to her wonderful skills as a childcare provider, perhaps the most impressive aspect of Jaime as an employee is her reliability, dependability and work ethic. In 5 years, Jaime never had an unexcused or unplanned absence from work and is always on time and punctual for her job. We are two professionals with schedules that are often unexpected and urgent. We cannot remember a time when Jaime turned down our request (or plea) to come a little bit early or stay late in order for one or both of us to deal with a work emergency. While we always paid her for any and all overtime she worked, we could never truly compensate her for the stress that she removed from our lives by knowing she was there to take care of our children when we needed her. We highly recommend Jaime for a Pierce County Before School Nanny position!”

“I have known Jaime since the 80's. We both went to the same high school, she was a year behind me. We have been friends a very long time, but we got really close when I had my son in 1996. She helped me out with him as for I was a first time and a single mother. Jaime was there for me in so many ways. She helped me get my son on a schedule for eating and sleeping. This all was an instinct that she had in her from working in daycare for many years and early education class! Jaime is an amazing woman that is great with children. She interacts with them at their level but also can portray that authority figure as well. She is great with little projects to work with children to learn their fundamentals such as ABC’s, days of the week, 123's and many more. I remember many nights with her reading to my son to help him fall asleep. Jaime is the type of women that will go the extra mile for a child. She is loving and compassionate. Till this day my son remembers going to Jaime's to spend time with her and the day trips we have taken. To him she is his Auntie Jaime and always will be. To be honest with you if I didn't have the support of a great person like Jaime that had a lot of knowledge about children I don't know how my son would have turned out to be. My son is now 14 years old he is a straight A student finishing his 8th grade year which is a huge accomplishment. I feel if he didn't have the structure as a child he wouldn't be where he is today. I highly recommend her as a Pierce County Before School Nanny!”

“Jaime has a gift of working with young children. She has always been patient and understanding of meeting the needs of the children she cared for. As her employer, I was always impressed with Jaime's ability to provide an age appropriate and stimulating learning environment for the babies and toddlers. I recall she had an excellent rapport with the parents of her young students. She was a hard worker and always extended her help to anyone who needed it. She took pride in her work and her commitment and dedication to the field of Early Childhood was exceptional. I was extremely lucky to have hired her and have her remain at my childcare center for' 10 years. Recently, I had the opportunity to meet her most recent employer; I heard so many wonderful things from this woman regarding how happy she was with the care her infant, toddler and preschooler received. It just reassured me that Jaime was still doing what she knows best. She is a responsible and loving individual who enjoys nurturing, caring, and educating young children whether it is in a day care setting or for a private family arrangement. Anyone who employs Jaime as a Pierce County Before School Nanny will find her to be experienced and dependable. So, I can only say the most wonderful things about Jaime. I knew her as a high school student, watched her grow professionally as a teacher, trusted her to care for my two children (one who had a disability) and was inspired and honored to see her become a mom for which she is a fantastic one. I could go on and on, but I do highly recommend her as a Nanny!”

“Jaime is a very patient person who loves working with children! I have three children whom she has cared for over the years. My oldest was in her classroom at Little Footsteps Daycare Center when she was under the age 2. She treated my child no different then the rest of the children in her class. Jaime was able to separate being her aunt and her teacher in the classroom. This could be a very hard task for some, and I admire her for being able to separate the two. She also cared for my daughter two nights a week while I finished my college degree. She would give my daughter baths and dinner on those nights. Since that time, I have had 2 more children. I would frequently call Jaime with childcare questions for each of my last two children, and she would always give me good advice on what I should do. She has also cared for all three of my children on occasion. My youngest does not take to anyone very easily, including family members, but Jaime some how finds a way to get her to be comfortable! Although Jaime is my sister, I am able to see her as professional as well as a family member who cares for my children. Jaime gives her all when taking care of children, and truly enjoys working with children of all ages! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a highly qualified Pierce County Before School Nanny!”

“Jaime is a very hard worker and very dependable Pierce County Before School Nanny. She loves children and really enjoys watching children grow to achieve their steps and growing pains. She is very nurturing. Jaime is always willing to go the extra mile to make everyone happy around her!”
