"What impressed me the most about working with ABC Nanny Source was the level of detail and organization in which such confidential information was presented. I received an extensive profile of each nanny candidate prior to her coming to my home for an interview. Once each nanny arrived at my door, I was fully relaxed because I felt I already knew the person in front of me! That’s how detailed these profiles were. The process was made very easy for our family and within a matter of days, I hired the perfect nanny for our children!"

Lauren chose to become a Pierce County Special Needs Nanny in order to positively shape the children's future.

“I am a very friendly, fun, and energetic nanny. I have been caring for children for 2 years and have loved every minute. I consider nannying my full-time career and want to continue nannying as long as I can. I also have a goal of Au Pairing in Australia within the next few years. I love to travel and would go anywhere for the right family. I want to continue as a Pierce County Special Needs Nanny because I genuinely love children and enjoy playing and teaching them and being a part of their everyday lives. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I love spending my days with children, teaching them and helping in their upbringing. I love how funny and entertaining they can be and that they rely so much on another person to help teach them basic things in life. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 2 years and can honestly say I Love what I do! I feel that children are an amazing gift and I enjoy being a part of a child’s life and upbringing. My goal as a Nanny is to ensure that they are happy, healthy, safe, and well cared for. I hope to help teach them and help them grow. I am willing to do housekeeping at the parent's requests that includes laundry, making beds, cleaning general areas, grocery shopping, cleaning kitchen, fridge, etc. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am honest, caring, positive, funny, and hardworking. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include going for walks, making arts and crafts, baking, going to outdoor activities, learning activities, and having fun. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be Very caring and kind to their nanny as well as trusting in me. I would also like to be placed with a family that is fair and has good communication.”

“Lauren absolutely fulfilled all requirements and then some. She was very adaptable and would do whatever was necessary given the situation. This is very difficult to write as I am sad to see Lauren leave our family. She has, over the last two years, become an integral part of our family. The children love her like a sister and my husband and I consider her an extension of ourselves as far as caring for our children and home. Lauren has gone above and beyond in her commitment to be the best Pierce County Special Needs Nanny possible. She is loving, kind, flexible, fun, organized, clean, adaptable, firm with children, sincere, ethical, friendly, funny, efficient, dependable, and the list goes on. I cannot say anything negative about Lauren. She is entirely committed to the care of our children and to her personal relationship with them. They have learned and grown so very much because of her. Not only has she overseen their daily tasks and responsibilities, she has gone many steps further to form friendships with every one of my four children. She genuinely loves them, and they genuinely love her. Also, regarding our home, she was committed to keeping things organized, clean, and just how we like them. She beautifully adapted our way of doing things and continued to keep our home up-to-par throughout her stay. As anyone knows who has children, this is very important as a home can spin out of control so easily. I can only end this recommendation on a personal note which makes little difference as far as caring for children, but must be said regardless. My friendship with Lauren has developed in a very meaningful way since she joined us. We have gained incredible respect and love for one another during the last two years. I can honestly say that she is one of my best friends. I am blessed, and my family is blessed that she has been a part of our life. I will miss her terribly. To sum up this recommendation, I would add that any family that hires Lauren will benefit greatly from her presence in their life!”

“Lauren was a wonderful Pierce County Special Needs Nanny with my little girl. Our daughter was going through separation anxiety anytime we left her. Lauren sat down with our little one right away and started "making friends". They played, and we were able to leave without a scene. We checked in via phone and everything was fine. It was a good feeling knowing she was safe, happy, and well taken care of. Lauren, from a parent’s view, is genuine, caring towards your child, trustworthy, and considerate. Knowing your child is in good hands can take one less stress off your shoulders. From my daughter’s perspective she just has fun with Lauren, and didn’t even miss us while we were gone.”

“Lauren, has gone above and beyond. She always took initiative with new tasks. She’s incredibly hard working. Her focus was always on the children. Lauren was with us for a short time. We would have liked to have her longer, but she was committed to another family that wanted her as a full-time Pierce County Special Needs Nanny. We used Lauren 2 days a week. Our children always looked forward to spending time with her. One thing that I always adored about her: she genuinely loves being with children. I felt like, for her, coming to my house every day was a pleasure. She made me feel like she just couldn’t wait to see my children. I loved coming home from work after she had been here. The house was always tidy, and the children were always enjoying themselves with constructive activities.”

“Lauren was very patient and kind hearted towards our daughter. Lauren was much younger when she took care of our daughter. You can’t find committed young people like her in this day and age as a Pierce County Special Needs Nanny. Our daughter still asks about her. She left a good impression on her.”

“I have seen Lauren many times around the children she nannies for, and she is wonderful with them! Most people cannot handle one child but Lauren perfectly takes care of even four children, making sure everyone is happy, healthy, and having fun! She is honest, dependable and an overall joy to be around! And I have no doubt in my mind she will fulfill every requirements people have for her as a Pierce County Special Needs Nanny!!!”
