"What impressed me the most about working with ABC Nanny Source was the level of detail and organization in which such confidential information was presented. I received an extensive profile of each nanny candidate prior to her coming to my home for an interview. Once each nanny arrived at my door, I was fully relaxed because I felt I already knew the person in front of me! That’s how detailed these profiles were. The process was made very easy for our family and within a matter of days, I hired the perfect nanny for our children!"

Kelcie chooses to be a Queen Anne Special Needs Nanny because she wants positively influence the children!

“I am currently a 23-year-old recent graduate of Marine Biology and Psychology. I have been a Queen Anne Special Needs Nanny for the past 10 years with children that range from 3 months old to 17 years old and up to 4 children at a time. I am a very enthusiastic person and I love being around children. I am very comfortable around all types of pets no matter how big or small. In the past, I had the opportunity to volunteer my summers going away on mission trips to different countries to help the under privileged children/adults in villages. While there, I taught the children basic life lessons. During my summers, I also worked for a pool club where I was constantly surrounded and working with children. I was always around people and have no problem striking up a conversation. I speak English but know some basic Spanish as well. I believe a good caregiver is one who engages children in fun activities that stimulates their mind and lets them be themselves while having fun. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other, it would have to be because I truly love working with children and watching them grow before my eyes. They bring such joy to my life and give me great satisfaction. I have been serving in some form of childcare for over 10 years and can honestly say I love what I do! My goal as a Nanny is to help children be the best person they can grow into. I am open to light housekeeping and meal preparation for the children. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am energetic, loving, personable, passionate and adaptable. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include educational activities that enhance the thinking process. Teaching children does not have to be boring for them. That is why I like to take simple daily actives they do and turn them into a learning exercise without them really knowing they are being taught. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would see the importance of a positive influence on a child’s life.”

“Kelcie served as our caregiver for my two children now 17 and 12 years old for the last 10 years. I highly recommend her for future employment as a Queen Anne Special Needs Nanny. She was always very dependable, and I am thankful that she has been a part of my children’s lives. Kelcie has a very nurturing personality and was patient and loving with my girls. She always went above and beyond her duties by coming up with creative projects for the girls, keeping them both engaged giving each what they individually needed while having fun. She truly is passionate about working with children. While we don’t need her services that often anymore, as our children have gotten older, we feel she has been an asset to our girl’s lives. Kelcie would be a wonderful asset to your family. I believe Kelcie would be a fantastic nanny!”

“My oldest is a boy who is 5 years old. I also have twins a boy and a girl who are three years old. I have known Kelsey for some time and have utilized her as my personal babysitter for the last two years. I have had the opportunity to see firsthand Kelsey’s interaction with my children. They are always happy to see her and felt at ease when left in her care. I have found her to be attentive, nurturing, and caring while spending time with them. She was responsible for breakfast, dressing them, feeding them lunch, snacks, naptime, and interacting with them for eight hours. When I came home they always seemed relaxed and comfortable in her care. The house was also very organized and neat. Also, I was at ease allowing Kelsey to transport my children and take them to various activities. I find her to be a dependable and responsible young adult. I would recommend her for any Queen Anne Special Needs Nanny position without hesitation.”

“It is my pleasure to recommend Kelcie as a prospective Queen Anne Special Needs Nanny for your child. Kelcie has watched my children on numerous occasions over the last two years. She has shown herself to be consistently trustworthy, punctual, responsible, and kind. She is very accommodating and has fulfilled every request in terms of caring for our children that we've asked of her. She is an excellent communicator and has effortlessly built a positive rapport with my children, who are currently ages 8, 5, and 2). When she's home from college, she is our family's first-call caregiver. I recommend her highly.”

“In all the years I have known Kelcie, she has proven herself to be extremely conscientious and dependable. Of all the young people I know, her work ethic is exemplary. Kelcie enjoys engaging with people, and they seem to gravitate to her, as evidenced by her sparkling personality and beautiful smile. She is especially good with children, and in my opinion, being a Queen Anne Special Needs Nanny is her life’s calling.”

“I have known Kelcie for 18 years, she is considered family. I have always known her to be a loyal, organized, honest, and reliable person. I believe her skills and experience make her an excellent candidate for a nanny position. For as long as I’ve known Kelcie, she has never been late to work, even when she was working 3 jobs and going to school full time. While juggling 3 jobs, she still managed to make honor roll all 4 years of college. She was always focused, organized, and hard working. Kelcie has many strengths but I think her greatest is her flexibility. I’ve seen her host children’s birthday parties at the swim club she worked at. All the children loved her. Even though she had to look after bunch children, she was able to devote her full attention to each child and give each what he or she individually needed, now that is what I would call impressive. Kelcie has always been an extrovert; she has a very friendly and inviting personality which is why I think children feel so comfortable around her. While Kelcie worked at the swim club I noticed that all the children who belonged there would crowd around her wanting to follow her where ever she went. You could tell the children really looked up to her and thought of her as a role model. While I could speak a great amount about Kelcie from both a professional and a personal level, I am confident that Kelcie is the best candidate for this position as Queen Anne Special Needs Nanny. She conducts herself in a professional and respectful manner. Additionally, she is great with children of all ages. I genuinely hope that you are quick to give her a position, as her loyalty, attentive care, and inviting personality will be sure to appeal her to you.”
