"What impressed me the most about working with ABC Nanny Source was the level of detail and organization in which such confidential information was presented. I received an extensive profile of each nanny candidate prior to her coming to my home for an interview. Once each nanny arrived at my door, I was fully relaxed because I felt I already knew the person in front of me! That’s how detailed these profiles were. The process was made very easy for our family and within a matter of days, I hired the perfect nanny for our children!"

Lillian is an ABC Seattle Summer Nanny because she is able to make a difference in children’s lives!

“My name is Lillian. I was born on the island of St. Kitts in the West Indies. I migrated to the United States 25 years ago and have worked as a caregiver, a nanny and manager/supervisor in a group home. For the past four years, I have been employed as a nanny taking care of three boys. My job entails escorting children to and from school; arranging play-dates, outdoor activities, visits to the library; and overseeing their personal grooming, hygiene, preparation of meals and teaching them how to keep their surroundings organized. My goals as a Seattle Summer Nanny are to follow instructions given by the parents for the children, to make sure that they are safe, happy, loved, and have a healthy environment as well as daily care. Parents need to know that their children are left in the care of capable hands. I am a good communicator, loving, and compassionate. I pay attention to details, act professionally and I am a person who loves working with children as well as adults. My hobbies include cooking, reading and arts and crafts. I enjoy working with children; to recognize their individuality and to watch them blossom into loving, considerate people who I had a hand in showing care, kindness and patience. I endeavor to make them feel protected in my care. In my previous employment, I worked in a Group Home with at risk teenagers and their children for sixteen years. My duties included hands-on training to mothers in the area of child-care such as feeding, bathing, etc. I was also responsible for: keeping agency logs, progress notes and incident reports; teaching life skills and dispensing medication. As a Resident Manager, I supervised a staff of 21 workers caring for 17 mothers and their 29 children I am seeking employment with a family that is caring, understanding and where I am able to communicate and work harmoniously for the benefit of the family. Caring for others is my passion and I am confident that I will be an asset to any family.”

“She was employed with me as a full-time Seattle Summer Nanny. She is a very honest, loving, caring and a hardworking individual who takes her Job and responsibilities very seriously. Her responsibilities were taking my son for walks, read to him, preparing his meals, doing his laundry, taking him to his doctor's appointments and bathing him.”

“Lillian has worked for us as a Seattle Summer Nanny for our three boys. Lillian has been a tremendous resource in making our lives more manageable, and has been a valuable friend. Lilly is extraordinarily dependable, hard working, and honest. She will never give anyone any reason to doubt her character. Time and time again, Lillian has been willing to set her mind to accomplish any task we put her to, and has never hesitated to offer her help, even when it is asked at the most inconvenient times. Lillian has been consistently reliable in terms of being on time and rarely missed a day of work. We have appreciated her positive attitude and unflagging energy since the day she started. When she started, our eldest boy was four and his twin brothers were two. When they were younger, Lilly excelled at keeping them clean, well fed, and physically active. Now that they are able to do more for themselves, Lilly has assumed more responsibilities in terms of running errands, making meals for the entire family, and helping with the logistics of managing three active and opinionated boys with different activities, interests, and friends.”

“I have known Lillian for thirteen years; and I believe that she will be an asset to any family as a Seattle Summer Nanny. Lillian is a genuinely caring and generous person. She takes the initiative and always strives to personally do her best by being punctual, neat, and mindful of her children and their needs. She is cheerful, encouraging and optimistic. Lillian loves children and I am confident that she is trustworthy with them. She is loved by her nieces and nephews; and I have observed her as she cares for them. She is an asset in their lives and a nurturing presence to them as she has been to others.”

“I have known Lillian for the past thirteen years. Lillian was employed by my family to take care of our parents for one year. During this time, we found her to be dependable, detail-oriented, loving, tender and kind. Lillian was always making suggestions to ensure the comfort and well-being of our parents. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She also babysat for the children of my friends and family members. They only gave me positive feedback about the way she treated their children. I am recommending her without hesitation to work as a Seattle Summer Nanny."
