"What impressed me the most about working with ABC Nanny Source was the level of detail and organization in which such confidential information was presented. I received an extensive profile of each nanny candidate prior to her coming to my home for an interview. Once each nanny arrived at my door, I was fully relaxed because I felt I already knew the person in front of me! That’s how detailed these profiles were. The process was made very easy for our family and within a matter of days, I hired the perfect nanny for our children!"

Julie loves working as a Snohomish County Governess where she can let her skills shine!

“I grew up in south Texas with a small, loving family. I am kind, hardworking and caring. I love caring for children of all ages in all settings. I would love the opportunity to be a Snohomish County Governess and care for a family of children. I especially love using moments during the day to authentically teach children and help them experience and learn from their surroundings. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession over any other it would have to be because I believe that children need quality care no matter their age. I want to provide that care and give the opportunity for the child to flourish in their family. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over 3 years and can honestly say I absolutely love what I do! I feel children are a special gift. They are each unique and have their own talents and abilities. Their abilities should be cultivated and celebrated. Children are a joy and should be able have the joy of childhood. My goal as a Nanny is to provide quality care to any and every child I am responsible for. I hope to help the child enjoy their childhood and discover the world around them and explore their talents and abilities. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes laundry, organizing, cooking, and light cleaning. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am caring, diligent, hardworking, responsible, and creative. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include reading together, exploring the outdoors, baking together, crafts, etc. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be a loving family looking for a Nanny to provide quality care for their children as they pursue their dreams and goals for their family.”

“Julie fulfilled all of our expectations and then some as a Snohomish County Governess. Julie handled everything very well. She was able to handle our son’s mood swings and other issues with his special needs diagnosis. She made sure that all medicines were taken, cooked all the meals. We home school and she taught the children their lessons, made sure they made all of their therapy and other appointments and activities. We found the children in great spirits when we arrived home, a clean house, clean clothes, and a meal waiting for us. The children loved having Julie care for them. We also left Julie with money for any expenses as well as let her drive our car and a credit card to use for gas expenses. The van was returned along with receipts for the money used and the credit card used. Julie was very loving, kind and responsible with our children, our home, and our vehicle. I have had the opportunity to work with Julie before hiring her to be a nanny for us in a vacation bible school setting. I was in charge of VBS and she was the church’s intern. We worked together in putting VBS on. Julie was very contentious and detail oriented. She asked questions and asked for clarification if she did not understand something. She worked very well with children of all ages. She was very nurturing, kind, soft spoken, and gentle. When we interviewed her, she exhibited those same traits. Since we have a special needs child, we were a little nervous about leaving our son with her but she offered to come over so he could get to know her better before we left. She visited or spent time with him in at least 2 occasions before we left on our trip. He was totally at ease with Julie. Our 15 year old loved having Julie around and they had an opportunity to discuss many topics. Our daughter said it was like having an older sister and she felt totally safe with Julie. Our son became ill shortly after we left. Julie was able to contact us the next day but she handled the situation very well and cared for our son just like I would have. She followed all of our directions and instructions. She was very careful with our van and the money we left for her to use for needs such as the grocery store or taking the kids out to eat. We came home to a clean house, clean kitchen, and happy children. We were very pleased with Julie and would use her again anytime.”

“Julie went above and beyond the expectations that we had held for her. Julie was very good with the children. She is very kind and has a genuine love for children. Julie is a very intelligent, kind-hearted, conscientious person who can be trusted to take very good care of any child. She fulfilled all our expectations as a summer intern in our Children’s Ministry. I would highly recommend her for any Snohomish County Governess position where she is involved the care for and teaching of children.”

“We were very pleased to have Julie as a Snohomish County Governess and the kids loved her. She would come with a plan for the evening and faithfully follow through. If there were issues that she was not able to take care of, she would make sure that we were aware of them and sought the information needed for next time. As stated above, Julie is very genuine and has a love for children and their best interest...not what the child "thinks" is best but what is best for them. She has built her life on truth and in love guides and directs on those principles. We always knew that Julie would take conscientious care of our kids in a way that would follow what she knew to be our desire. She was thorough and demonstrated self-control at all times. Julie knew how to guide the children, even in rough times, to do what would be good and right. She was capable to complete whatever task we asked of her. She was flexible and yet principled in her expectations. We always left home in full confidence of her care. She really is just an admirable girl. We appreciated her services SO much when she was working with us and I was so excited to see that she was pursuing a career with children! After seeing her with my own children, I would not hesitate to recommend her to any family! Julie is just an amazing girl!”

“Julie attended our school to learn how to raise prayer and financial support for her year of ministry in Austria. We spoke by phone every other week to monitor her progress. She did very well. People were willing to support her because they thought so highly of her. She served faithfully in Austria. We spoke after her time there. I commend Julie for going to Austria, even though she had begun a dating relationship with her now husband. That showed integrity and perseverance, and I recommend her as a Snohomish County Governess

“I have interacted with her in church-related situations, socially, and assisted in supervising her during volunteer as well as paid internship duties. I have known her 10 years, and watched her grow up from a young high school volunteer, to a very capable, trained Snohomish County Governess.”

“I mentored Julie as a high school senior. We did a one on one bible study together. She proved to be very mature, almost mentoring me at times. She also volunteered in my first grade classroom. She developed a great rapport with the students, and proved to be extremely loving, caring, and dependable. Not only would I trust her with my children, I would feel very fortunate to have someone of her character working for me as a Snohomish County Governess and playing an important part in their lives.”
