Everything has a place in Miss Kimmie's home. Toys are sorted and neatly stored. Somehow she managed to keep track of diapers and wipes and back-up clothes and hats and gloves and sweaters and loves for six children. And somehow she managed to keep her home neater with six kids than I manage on my own with two. I've gotten more than a few organizational tips from her. But above all, the most important thing about Miss Kimmie is that she truly loves the children in her care, and she remembers them and loves them after they've "graduated" from her care. Just yesterday we had a farewell party for Miss Kimmie. Her current kids were there as well as several alums. They were all so happy to be there with Miss Kimmie and with each other, and it was just a golden afternoon.
