Offering NYC Nannies Full Time Live Out Positions

What Services Does ABC's Virginia Nanny Agency Provide?

ABC Nanny Source
offers a fantastic alternative to daycare and other childcare services. It is a wonderful option to parents who want their children to remain in their home and receive individualized attention for their children. Virginia Nannies can work either full time or part time. We offer solutions to the specific needs of each unique family.

A Nanny’s job is to meet the children’s mental and emotional needs. This may also include assisting with getting dressed, transportation to and from school or activities, reading, light meal preparation, and providing a stimulating environment for learning and play, and an activity plan for the day. Some positions might also request their Nanny perform some light housekeeping duties such as light dusting, vacuuming, and children’s laundry. Housekeeping duties will always come secondary to the children’s care and must be specified in writing on the family’s registration form and the Offer of Employment Agreement signed by both the Nanny and the family.

Permanent Full Time Nannies Full time Nannies in Virginia generally work 40 to 55+ hours per week and typically earn $600 to $900+ per week in addition to paid holidays, sick days, and vacations! The Nanny’s benefits package and salary are greatly dependent on their prior experience, position requirements, and qualifications.

Permanent Part Time Live-Out Nannies Part time Nannies generally work between 25 and 39 hours per week and are typically paid hourly rates versus weekly salaries. This is because the hours for a part time Nanny may vary slightly from week to week. The hourly rate for our part time Nannies is generally $15 to $20 an hour, in addition to some vacation, paid sick time and holiday benefits.

Offering NYC Nannies Part Time Live Out Positions

Live-In Nannies have the responsibility to be on duty approximately 50-60+ hours per week. Virginia Nannies are aware that working parents need time to get to and from work, thereby extending the work week beyond a standard 40-45 hour week. Live in career Nannies generally are paid a weekly salary versus an hourly rate with a range of anywhere from $600 to $900+ plus room and board. Live in positions often provide the Nanny with her own separate bedroom, bathroom and living quarters as well as providing the Nanny with a vehicle to utilize in order to transport the children to and from activities (if required). The salary is based on the expectations your family may have, how many children the Nanny will be caring for, and the experience the Nanny you hire can offer your family. Additionally, most families will offer paid vacation, paid sick/personal days and major holidays as part of the compensation package.

Temporary Nannies ABC Nanny Source provides an amazing service to each and every one of our families, which alleviates them from having to find substitute care at a moment's notice, if for any reason their permanent Nanny needs time off. ABC Nanny Source offers this service solely to families registered with the agency, whether they need a temporary Nanny for a few hours, or for an entire week. This service provides the flexibility needed when your current Nanny is unavailable or when you need someone at a time that is not in the regular work time. ABC provides one full year to access the Temporary Nanny Database when hiring a permanent Nanny.
