If you currently had an Allentown Day care job and are interested in a nanny position working with babies your experience with multiple young children would be perfect for a nanny position just like this one! “I feel Amy fulfilled all job requirements and more at her Allentown Day Care Job. At all times I have found Amy to be a dedicated, reliable, courteous, honest, hardworking, and responsible person. I have been in childcare for a long time and have found myself learning from Amy on how to better communicate with the children on their eye level. She even made sure the floors were swept and mopped at least twice a week and worked very hard in all aspects! I find Amy to be a consistent, creative, schedule oriented teacher yet she is able to be flexible and completely comfortable "rolling with the punches". I feel that one of Amy’s biggest strengths is her willingness to go above and beyond what is expected of her in the classroom and out. Her passion for children emanates out of her and the children know they are loved. I think Amy would be a tremendous asset to your family. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me.”

“Nicole served as my nanny for nearly two years. Her responsibilities were to care for my now two year old twins and my three year daughters in my home. She served as a nanny beginning with 3 month old twins and an 18 month old (a daunting task for even their mother). Nicole shows tremendous initiative and responsibility. We developed a routine for feeding and napping, and she made great efforts to keep to that schedule. She helped me with research and coming up with ideas to make a manageable schedule for everyone involved. Also, she always communicated the girls' daily events, and they were always meticulously groomed. In fact, Nicole shares the girls' curly hair and the problems that ensue from proper maintenance! She researched and tried multiple products to help me find a suitable hair product. I must say that without Nicole's help, I would still be struggling with doing my daughters' hair! Welfare and nurturing of children is innate in Nicole; she always works towards a child's best interest. Her fun loving personality and positive spirit shines through her interactions with children. She has a knack for giving attention and respect to children that makes them adore her. Many of my friends used her for childcare on nights and weekends, and the fact that their children still ask for her speaks volumes to her ability to create healthy, strong relationships with children. As an employee, Nicole goes above and beyond in her efforts to complete tasks. She would often organize the girls' toys and clothing without being asked, and she always did their laundry even though she knew it was not expected of her. She is the kind of employee who sees something that needs to be done and does it-even if it isn't in her job description. I could write a ten page letter detailing how amazing and effective Nicole was with my children. The bottom line is that I trust Nicole with the care of my children, and she is more than qualified to work in any childcare situation and her background at one of the local Allentown Day Care Job really gave her an excellent starting point to the nanny profession which I expect she will continue with for years to come.”

“I have been close friends with Courtney for 27 years. She has always been a loyal and devoted friend. I’ve appreciated that she is honest and assertive in all types of situations. Courtney has helped me tremendously through good times and bad. I have two young children, ages 2 and 3 and Courtney has shared her wisdom from her previous Allentown Day care job position as well as providing me with empathy and understanding at all times. She treated my children lovingly and used appropriate discipline when they needed it. I would highly recommend Courtney for a nanny position or a child care position of any kind.”

“I have known Jamie for 12 years through her Allentown Day Care Job. First, she was my youth group leader at church and she has grown to be my best friend. Jamie, just on a personal level, is the most reliable, loving, caring and dependable person I know. She is a great listener and has a passion for life that is infectious. When Jamie was a daycare teacher last year, she developed a relationship with the children that will last a lifetime. The three girls looked up to her as a role model and Jamie took that relationship seriously and loved the girls like they were her own. Even though she has relocated, they still stay in contact with Jamie! Jamie is fantastic with children of all ages and would be a fantastic asset to any home as a nanny. If and when I have children, I would be excited to have Jamie as their friend, mentor and role-model.”
