Does the idea of caring for children warm your heart, but you are too busy to do so in your current Allentown household manager job? Apply as a nanny today and you will find families like those below who welcome nannies with your level of experience:

“Mila is truly cares about what she does, and the children she works with. She has high expectations for herself and excels as a childcare provider! In our Allentown household manager job, she helped me with running errands, shopping and some housekeeping. Everything she does, she does 100%! Mila is very professional, sweet, funny, caring, loving, hardworking, patient, and very honest. No matter what the situation, she takes charge with kindness and patience! I personally have known her for over 10 years now, and recommend her to anybody who is looking not only for a nanny, but also an educator, friend and family member! She is very valuable asset to any employer. She can run the household and engage children in fun, educational activities. She is very energetic, has a great sense of humor and fun to be around. We love Mila!”

“I strongly recommend Louise for your nanny position. Louise has worked for me as a full-time nanny and household manager. She is the finest nanny I have employed in 22 years! Initially, Louise cared for my two daughters, who are now 15 and 21. Today, Louise cares for my 15 year-old daughter, Maddie. It is with great sadness and sincere best wishes that we must say farewell to Louise. If we could rewind the clock, I would hire Louise again in a heartbeat. Louise is always prompt, reliable, and helpful on all levels. When my girls have been ill, I have counted on Louise to manage doctor visits. Our doctors always tell me what a great job Louise does. In our Allentown household manager job, Louise takes charge to manage numerous home-related tasks and errands, which has ensured that my home is neat and extremely well-organized. Louise has called in sick only twice in 5 ½ years. As a single mom with a great deal to do professionally, it has been an enormous comfort to be able to rely on Louise. Her focus on helping Maddie to stay on task has enabled me to manage my responsibilities confidently. Maddie has an intense school course load, takes 11 dance classes, participates in lots of activities, and has visitation with her father. Louise has helped Maddie to stay organized and has taught her to manage her time efficiently. She has reminded Maddie to finish important projects well in advance of due dates so that she isn't rushing at the last minute. Louise's reinforcement of values and a strong work ethic have helped Maddie to be an excellent student, gifted performer, and winner of school quality character awards. Louise shows her caring, concern, and helpful nature in so many, often unexpected ways. Finally, Louise is no pushover and stands strong on points that help teach children the importance of doing the right thing. We will miss Louise terribly! I hope that she will be invited into a loving family where she may once again help to ensure that the child/children are safe, well-fed and groomed, educated, entertained, and loved.”

“Pearl has been with our family since our son, Cole, was 4 months old. He is now 2 years old. Over the last year and half, Pearl has dealt with all the challenges associated with the different stages from infant to toddler. In addition to this, she has graciously volunteered to fill our Allentown household manager job. We were finding it difficult to juggle the baby’s classes, our schedules, and household duties, and we really needed someone with patience and knowledge to help out. In many cases, Pearl has shown my husband and me a few new tricks. Pearl came to us with a strong background in child development and has proven to be extremely knowledgeable and capable with our son and the children of several of our friends. Pearl continues to teach Cole how to learn through play, coordination skills, and vocabulary. We highly recommend her for any position working with children! It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Pearl as she makes the next step in her career and education!”

“When we first met Stacy, we had hired her to fill our Allentown household manager job. As time went on, she became a nanny for our first son was 16 months old. We were fortunate to have Stacy stay with us until he was turning 5 and our second son was 20 months old. Stacy is highly responsible and most reliable. We never had to worry about the children's safety or our home while they were in Stacy's care. I had many reports from other mothers who saw Stacy interact with my sons, that she treated them with love and structure and care as if they were her own children. Our home was always run smoothly, which was a huge relief when I came home from work. I was able to trust Stacy with helping me scout out a new pre-school for Paul, and it was she who accompanied Paul and helped him make the transition to school. Stacy always let me know when significant events happened at school or at home. Stacy has a special way with children, and is good at helping young children progress through their developmental stages. We can recommend Stacy without reservation because Stacy is wonderful with children!”

“I have known Carla for many years now. I met her as the caregiver for my good friend’s two young children. I really liked the way she took care of them so I asked if we could use her for occasional childcare when my husband and I have date nights. I always left knowing the boys were in good hands! Carla is very good at being a childcare provider. When my children were younger and had separation anxiety, she would swoop in and start playing with them right away while we made our "grand escape." Now that the boys are older, they have actually asked us to go out and have Carla come over! One of the things I appreciate the most about Carla is her level of involvement. She has great energy and is actively involved with them. They would play outside or do activities like puzzles or games. I hope to return to work in the near future, and if I needed full-time care, I would hire her myself! I initially met Carla while she was employed with another family at their Allentown household manager job. I was impressed with her interactions with the children in the home. As a result, I asked her family for permission to utilize her as an occasional caregiver for my sons. I continue to use her to this day when she is available. Also, when my husband and I took a vacation without the children, we left them with my mother. However, my mother needed assistance and we were fortunate to have Carla come over to help her with the boys. We were able to go away and worried much less since we knew the kids were in capable hands. I feel that Carla is mature and since she is a mother herself, she understands the children and is able to relate to them well. Carla is the best caregiver we use and she has become a family friend! We have two very active preschoolers and Carla keeps them busy and entertained so my husband and I can have date nights. We enjoy our evening knowing that the kids are in good hands. Carla takes care of dinner, playing, bath time, and bedtime and makes it look easy! I highly recommend Carla!”
