Are you seeking the best Allentown Nannies? Families prefer our ABC Nannies like Michele, who truly enjoys being a part of a child’s growth.

“Since I was a young girl, I enjoyed working with children! Now as an adult, I continue to enjoy working with children as one of the Allentown Nannies. Over the course of eleven years, I have cared for children of varying ages including newborn twins, toddlers, preschoolers, elementary aged children, pre-teens and young adults with disabilities. I truly enjoy the challenges and opportunities I have faced. Over the course of time when I have provided childcare to families, I have fond memories from each of these families. I became interested in providing respite care to families with members having disabilities. I wanted to give these families respite while also helping the person with disabilities grow socially and emotionally. This type of care has been very rewarding for me! While caring for children, I believe I need to not only care for them in the absence of their parents, but also educate them at whatever level. Through play activities, these children are able to learn and grow physically, educationally, socially and emotionally. I always have their best interest and that of the family’s in mind. I treat each child as an individual and as if they are a part of my own family. As a childcare provider, each child’s personal health and safety is of utmost importance to me. Overall I am a very open hearted and outgoing person! I enjoy being part of a child’s growth. Although my parents are divorced, I have very fond memories of my childhood and I do my best so the children I care for can have memories that they spent with me. I have been serving in some form of childcare experience for over eleven years and can honestly say I love what I do! I feel the children are special and a joy to be around! My goal as a Nanny is to have the children’s best interest in mind, make sure the children are safe and having fun while also learning. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include arts and crafts, play dates, park outings and baking. If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me I would hope they would be outgoing and fun!”

“Michele started as a mothers helper where she was required to take care of the baby while I did other things in the house. She was very attentive and responsible. As we became more comfortable with each other, I would leave her alone with Liam and I would run errands. I then took a part time job twice a week where Michele would watch Liam while I worked. Michele not only watched Liam, she fed him, played with him and sometimes bathed him. Michele has not only met, she has exceeded my expectations of a childcare giver! My experience with Michele as one of our Allentown Nannies is very positive. She has been caring for my children for 6 years now and is the first person I call when I need a sitter! She quickly earned my trust to the point where I don’t feel I need to check in frequently with her. She has driven my son to the park and to birthday parties. I have left both of my children in her care when I needed to be away for three days. She is extremely competent, responsible and patient. I have recommended Michele as a babysitter to many of my friends and recommended her for a Nanny job to an acquaintance. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Michele for a permanent Nanny position!”

“Michele was always wonderful with our autistic son! She was very capable of taking total care of Joey even in the bathroom when needed. Joe is non-verbal and quite a challenge and Michele always knew what he needed. We knew Michele for years and she has a gift for working with children with special needs! It is rare to find someone like Michele who connects so beautifully with our son. We still would love her to help us when needed! I would definitely recommend her as one of the Allentown Nannies.”

“I have had the distinct pleasure of having Michele work for our family as one of our Allentown Nannies. She has been an integral part of aiding and assisting the care for our three sons. Her work and dedication has been exemplary! Her organizational and communication skills are sharply honed. She is industrious and decided. Michele’s approach to her position and role within our family was truly sincere as well as professional. I wish Michele my very best!”
