Are you proud of the experience you have caring for children? The experience you can offer families from your previous Bucks County child care job is priceless! The reviews below are written by appreciative families who have hired nannies just like you!

“Tiffany has worked in my home for over two and a half years as housekeeper and as nanny for my two young children. I can say without reservation that she has been an excellent employee! I was extremely impressed with her background and the skills she was able to provide my family. Her Bucks County child care job background is impressive! As a housekeeper, Tiffany is self-motivated and independently plans the jobs for each day of the week, adjusting for special projects and for times when the children need more or less attention. I have even been able to trust her with shopping for the household. My older boy was six years old and the younger boy was two when Tiffany came to work for us. She has also helped with my infant grandchildren, so her experience spans a range of ages! Since I am not employed outside the home, I have observed Tiffany closely during the course of many days when we were both in the house. She has also taken over when I was away for several hours at a time or even out of town for a day or more. She has always been reliable, and the children have clearly felt very comfortable and safe with her! I have been especially impressed with the way Tiffany provides balance in a child's experience, going from books to active play to educational television to community events and imaginative play. Some of these are activities that I plan, but Tiffany is quite capable of managing the child's entire day and often gives them choices about what to do. When plans do need to change, Tiffany is appropriately flexible. She is very aware of safety, hygiene, exercise, and nutrition needs. She also manages discipline well and encourages children to be responsible and practice new skills. Tiffany has become very much like a member of our family, and I hope that she can find a rewarding position in someone else's home!”

“Carmen adapts well to all situations and people! She is very easy going and always asks questions if things are not clear. She is proactive and anticipates how she can help and what needs to be done. In addition, she is flexible and accommodates other people’s needs. My children are always excited and look forward to the days she works for us! Carmen is one of the few nannies that I have felt completely comfortable with from the first day she worked for us! She respects our privacy and is always very considerate. She is very good with children and enforces rules when necessary. I never have had any concerns when my children are in her care because I know she has previously worked at a Bucks County child care job! The fact that my children adore her is an added bonus. We all feel that she is like family!”

“Rosa was truly a joy to have in our home! She became the six member of our family, and we all miss her. We knew we could always count on her, and she was very flexible with our sometimes-changing schedules. She exceeded her duties much of the time, giving our children the extra attention and care that they needed. She always made sure that the children were entertained and happy. She would take them on field trips to various places that interested them, like the zoo, aquarium, and local parks. She has a very strong work ethic, and I knew I could always count on her. The experience she gained from her previous Bucks County child care job was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable and comfortable with all aspects of childcare. Whoever she works for in the future, will be very lucky!”

“I highly recommend Leslie as a candidate for any position working with children! I am extremely confident in her abilities, as she has consistently demonstrated her talents on all levels over the last five years. Leslie has held various childcare positions including a Bucks County child care job that she held for 15 years. Since that position, she has held other several long-term positions as a nanny as well as a personal assistant. Leslie has a wonderful rapport with people of all ages! Her ability to connect interpersonally and professionally on all levels is a direct reflection of her genuine and natural abilities. Leslie demonstrates a skill set that I feel most people only acquire through extensive schooling. I state this as I hold a dual degree in Special and Elementary education and have worked in my field for over ten years with difficult populations, including the homeless. During and since my career I have had three children. I attribute Leslie’s extraordinary ability to her consistent approach to learning and her pursuit to be the very best she can be! I As one of my children is learning disabled, I have observed Leslie’s dedication to my daughters' attention difficulties for the last five years, without hesitation can highly recommend Leslie as she is patient, kindhearted, and very perceptive with an innate ability to know when to be firm in an appropriate and beneficial way. Leslie easily gains and establishes trust with others, which enables those around her to feel secure and grow to their fullest potential. She has also consistently demonstrated, for five years without fail, a strong balance of patience and nurturing combined with humor and the necessary discipline that makes her an ideal candidate for your position. Leslie has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized and reliable; to the point of becoming my personal assistant, as I endured 27 surgeries and needed a tremendous amount of help over various points of times. Leslie can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. She accomplishes these tasks with great initiative and with a very positive attitude. She also easily adapts into new situations and works extremely well in group settings or as a team. She has helped myself, my children, and many others I know. I not only highly recommend Leslie to you without reservation, but I consider myself, and my children, honored to have her in our lives!”

“Meredith is just great! In fact, she tends to go beyond expectations and does so with a smile and an easiness that makes her an asset to any family. She would be an excellent addition to your family for your Bucks County child care job! Meredith is an awesome quick-study and very capable in all aspects of child-care and housecleaning. She is kind and loving and yet, very able to discipline, when necessary. In terms of clean-up and or heavy cleaning, she is the best. She can see what needs to be done and just does it. Additionally, if directions are given, she gets it the first time. What can I say besides anyone receiving her services are lucky. Meredith is punctual, honest, helpful, positive, very responsible, organized, committed and last but not least, of high integrity. Additionally, she is simple an easy person to be around and therefore, our children and us alike have enjoyed her company and presence in our home!”
