Center City Nanny Job:

Full Time: Monday through Friday (7:30-6:30pm) *two nights per week may be earlier
Children: 2 years old and 4 years old
Salary Offering: $650-$685 per week
Note: Grandparents live at home as well
Children's Activities: Reading, educational toys, music, dancing, and of course...TV. I don’t like a lot of television...but, it is silly to think they won’t watch any.
Position Description: Provide loving atmosphere, learning and teaching throughout the day. Light laundry, cleaning after children. Cook all meals for children, and prepare a light family meal for dinner.

PARENT REQUEST:

“I want my nanny to be loving, energetic, structured, and detailed. Both children are currently enrolled in pre-school 2 days a week and that will continue. During those hours, I request that the nanny spends time with my parents, as they do not get out of the house much, and they could use a friend. Someone who has previously worked at a Center City companion care job would be nice. Should the school be closed, or children sick, the nanny will have to watch the children. Drop off to school is needed (3 miles from home)."

Your Center City companion care job gives you vital characteristics that are better served in a nanny position that is more rewarding for you. Review some of the following compliments given about nannies that started their nanny careers with backgrounds like yours:

“In my opinion, Kathy fulfilled all of her job requirements! I have two children and they both looked at her as part of our family. In fact, we all did. She is a qualified teacher and helped my young children be well on their way towards scholastic success. She treated them with kindness and patience and I never heard her raise her voice even once. I wholeheartedly recommend Kathy to any family looking for a great nanny! I had two young children and worked full time as a chef and due to crazy hours just could not be there full time for my children. I needed someone reliable and as education is extremely important to both my husband and I, we wanted a qualified teacher in our home caring for our children so that they could get a good head start on their educations. Kathy did light housekeeping for us (dishes, took care of the children’s needs and errands, etc.) as well became a friend to my parents who were living with us at the time. Essentially, Kathy not only had a nanny job, but a Center City companion care job as well. Both of my children love her and they really took to her as a surrogate mother. While I always felt guilty for working the hours that I did, I felt confident that my children were being well cared for. Kathy is educated, kind, and truly loves children and I never saw or heard anything but love from her towards my children!”

“Diane did more than fulfill all of her job requirements! She was an excellent caretaker for my children. The whole family loved her, and she became part of the family. I've known Diane for over six years. We both met while working in a Center City companion care job. I was overwhelmed with work combined with the children. I approached Diane with the idea that she might be able to watch my children while I worked. I knew what kind of teacher she was, so I didn't hesitate. She is a wonderful person, and she is amazing with children. I would recommend her to the fullest!”

“Brianne was able to complete all her job responsibilities within her scheduled shift. She was also very flexible when she was needed to cover extra shifts to provide safe coverage to her clients in her Center City companion care job. Brianne demonstrated her abilities as a reliable and dependable employee by her exceptional attendance record and her consistent reports that were handed in a timely manner; which enabled her to receive pertinent information pertaining to the clients. Brianne was always able to work independently and she had an excellent rapport with co-workers, unit staff, and supervision. Brianne has also voluntarily worked extra shifts when needed to provide ample coverage to maintain safety. I feel Brianne would make a great asset to your team!”

“I have known Kassandra for 5 years on a personal and professional level. In those five years I have observed Kassandra’s interactions with numerous children in her care. She has worked with children of various ages within a spectrum of cognitive and developmental functioning. Kassandra is committed to the health and well-being of the children she has worked with. She is extremely artistic and has inspired the children to become involved in many activities on campus as well as in the community. She is committed to her duties and to the children she works with often gong above and beyond by staying after her shifts to ensure the safety of the children. As a result of her experience and training as a Teacher’s Aide and her experience working in a Center City companion care job, Kassandra should be considered as a highly qualified candidate for the position as nanny!”

“I write this reference is to assure you that Julianna is one of the most responsible and considerate young ladies you will have the pleasure to work with! I have known Julianna for quite a few years and she has never displayed anything but kindness towards my family and me. I cyber-school my children, ages 11-15, and Julianna always comes up with creative ways to assist me in teaching them and more importantly, hold their interest during school periods. I have witnessed her efficiency in organizing her time and getting the most out of whatever opportunities present themselves to her, all the while working full time at a Center City companion care job. She is a persistent learner who enjoys challenges. Julianna has always loved children and works extremely well with them. Her personality and high moral standards are easily recognized by children and parents, of which I am only one, are impressed with her kindness and love of what she does for everyone she meets. To give an example of her thoughtfulness, I was very ill several years ago and could not do much for myself let alone my family. Julianna sent me a beautiful card she created herself and provided much needed help in my home. As stated earlier, Julianna is that rare person you meet who has what most employers look for, high standards, strong work ethics, and an adaptable, willing spirit. I hope you'll consider her for the position she is applying for today. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have to expedite her application.”
