Do you derive happiness by serving others in your Main Line customer service job? Imagine the pleasure that can be felt by helping a family through a local nanny position!

Main Line Nanny Job:

Full Time: Monday through Friday (9am-5pm)
Children: 3 year old twins
Salary Offering: $500-$675 per week
Note: We want someone who will work with our requests for our children and who will bring ideas and activities to our family as well.
Children's Activities: Our twins enjoy playing together, building with blocks, reading books and being read to. They especially love being outside, taking walks, playing at the park, and being pushed on the swings. We have a public park just a few blocks from our home, and the kids walk there with us all the time. Finding new places to explore is a priority, too. We are hoping to find someone who can take our children to new, age-appropriate places where they can interact with other children and interesting environments.
Position Description: Wake the girls (if still asleep) and brush their teeth in the morning. Dress the children (may require picking out outfits). Administer medicines as needed. Prepare and feed breakfast to children by 9:30am. Clean up and prepare for the rest of the day (may brush teeth here too). Have some constructive activity for the morning (play dates, reading, going outside, etc.). Monitor children for use of the potty (children are almost fully potty trained). Prepare and provide lunch for children at 12:30pm. Naptime is at 1:30p Wake girls up from nap at 3:30pm. Provide healthy snack. Engage in constructive activity for the afternoon (museum, zoo, etc.). Have fun while waiting for Mom and Dad to come home!

“We are searching for an energetic nanny who engages life and the children. He or she should challenge them to learn and grow, and support their individual talents. Dedication to providing the best care for our family is most important to us, so someone who has previously held a Main Line customer service job and knows how to communicate is great. We want a nanny who doesn’t say no capriciously, but can provide structure and support when needed. Our nanny shouldn’t be rigid or believe there is only one way to achieve a goal. Rather, our nanny should be open to change, flexible and creative with new ideas and energy to share.

“I have known Naomi for approximately 3 ½ years as a co-worker at our Main Line customer service job. She has high integrity and is very honest. She relates well with colleagues and those around her. I have also seen her work well within a team structure. Additionally, she has a great deal of patience and understanding with children. She cares for them as if they were her own and makes them feel special! Naomi has cared for my children and they adore her! I highly recommend her and am confident that she will make an excellent addition to any company.”

“In my opinion, as a professional educator myself, Michelle has every quality to be a trusted childcare worker! I always felt confident that my children were safe, well cared for and most of all, happy in her care. I have known Michelle since she worked at a local Main Line customer service job. Even before she actual cared for my children, she would come over and voluntarily play with them and keep them occupied safely and happily. When she began to provide childcare for me, I was always pleased that the children were well managed, my rules were followed and best of all, the children were legitimately happy that "Shel" was coming to stay with them! As a side note, I can testify that Michelle comes from a family that has provided her with a good work ethic and an exemplary value system. I am pleased to endorse Michelle for any position in child care!”

“Cheryl would arrive in the morning and provide the daily tasks of feeding, diaper changing, playing with and supervising the triplets! She would also take them for outings, which included parks/playgrounds and a nursery program once a week. Cheryl would also pick up my six-year-old from school, if needed and return back home with all children to supervise. Before her employment with us, Cheryl had a Main Line customer service job. The children and Cheryl had a good bond between them. Our need for Cheryl ended because my mother had moved in with us and was going to help with the childcare. I would highly recommend her for any position she strives for!”

“Jodi assisted us with the children’s day to day activities but she also was available for some special needs such as taking a child for a doctor’s appointment, picking up a child if sick from the school or childcare in the evening if my husband and I needed to go out. Our need for childcare service is very minimal, which is why Jodi maintained her Main Line customer service job. We have a good relationship with Jodi and we would highly recommend her for a position as a child care provider!”

“Kristin has been with my family as the primary childcare provider for the past four years. Throughout this time, Kristin has been incredibly reliable and very responsive to the needs of my two daughters! My wife and I feel very comfortable knowing our children are safe and secure when they are with Kristin during the day. Kristin has been responsible for providing after school care during the school year, which is after she ends her full time Main Line customer service job. It is amazing how much energy she has! She is very active with our children, and also helps with their homework, as well making sure they are involved in educational activities during the summer! We have never had any problems with Kristin, and although it would sadden us if she leaves, I think she would be a perfect fit for any family!”
