“All parents want to ensure that their children are being left in safe and capable hands. I had no doubt in my mind that this was the case when I met Asha! My two little ones began attending the facility that Asha had her Main Line day care job at the ages of 6 months and 2 years old. Asha always greeted both parents and children with a smile and a very positive and energetic attitude. She was always very professional and seemed very committed to her position as a teacher. My children were excited to attend school daily and sometimes didn’t want to leave! Sometimes people work with children because it’s a job, but Asha’s love for children was quite obvious. She made learning fun and exciting for the children and made sure that the school environment was always positive. I was amazed at the development of both my children while they attended LLT. They were taught sign language, Spanish, and various other age-appropriate curriculums within the two years that they attended. My 4 year-old daughter, who has since left the day care, still speaks daily about “Ms. Zee” (as she was called by the children) and her experience at her school. Asha is a rare treasure and any parent would be lucky to have her!”

“My interactions with Joanne have spanned numerous activities including personal, professional and social gatherings. Additionally, I have called on her to provide childcare professional services for those in my family requiring childcare and have requested her for children in my youth group. Joanne worked at a Main Line day care job where she successfully managed more than 25 children and multiple staff members. She has compassion and a supreme level of patience. She has always been excessively creative, keeping children of all ages from infants to teenagers I have witnessed her perform her roles admirably and with great dedication and a sense of personal accountability for each child’s welfare. She has good communication skills and is capable of dealing with various types of people at all levels. She is excellent with children of all ages, ethnicities and backgrounds. Joanne is known to create fun and exciting activities that provide hours of entertainment! Joanne’s strengths include, but are not limited to, her personable and friendly nature, her deep compassion, tremendous levels of patience, and a commitment to safety and dedication to her work. She also works hard to cultivate a fun, yet challenging learning environment. I have found Joanne to be reliable, independent, exhibit high integrity and be highly competent of performing assignments presented to her. I believe that she will be a valuable asset to your home and make a significant contribution to your family. I am pleased to give her my whole-hearted endorsement!”

“Kate was very helpful even while I was pregnant. After the baby was born she went above and beyond expectations. She cared for my child in my home, as well as worked with me at a Main Line day care job. Working with Kate was very fun! She always planned great interactive activities for the children. Her patience and dedication to each family and child is unlike any other. She treated each child like her own. She tried to meet the needs of everyone, children, parents and the staff. As the supervisor Kate was understanding and always had a smile on her face even while changing stinky diapers! Her love for children is pure and it shows!”

“I have known Loren for almost 3 years now. We met when we were both working at a Main Line day care job. We occasionally worked in the "baby room" together, but mostly worked with all ages of children at the end of the evening during closing hours. She has a wonderful personality that draws both children and adults to her. Loren had an amazing report with the parents where they often hired her after hours for additional babysitting. Children of all ages enjoy Loren. She has a unique way of making each child feel special, safe, and cared for. She is a person full of love for life and others. I enjoyed working with her. Loren has also provided childcare in my home for my son. As a parent, I recommend her as a responsible, caring, capable caregiver. If I was in a position to hire her, I would. I know my children would be in good hands with Loren!”

“Ashley is very fun loving and energetic and my children absolutely love her! She has always been very reliable and arrived to our house on time. My children are not the type of children who can sit and watch TV or play a game by themselves. My middle son has some sensory issues and is very hands on. While she is with the children she engages them in different activities to keep them occupied. As you can imagine keeping the attention of my oldest son while playing games with the younger ones can be somewhat of a challenge at times, however she never seems to fail. My oldest son talks non-stop to Ashley and she really relates to him. She has the patience to hear what he is saying and pays attention to him. She seems to be a great listener. There have been times where Ashley has cooked meals for the kids and has also taken them to their different activities. She is very helpful and cleans up after the kids. I have never had any problems when I’ve come home. Ashley is very open and if she has a question or concern she will ask. The kids really look forward to spending time with her. In summary I feel that it would benefit any family to have Loren look after their children whether it be as a nanny or as a caregiver in a Main Line day care job. She truly has a genuine love for the kids and really cares about their wellbeing.”
