Position Description: Keep to the daily routine, but feel free to communicate ideas to us (parents) as well. The oldest two should be out of bed by 7:45am. Nanny will prepare them a quick breakfast (cereal, oatmeal, bagel, etc.), oversee dressing and preparing for school (teeth, schoolbags, etc.). The bus will arrive at 8:30am to take oldest children to school (15 minutes from home). Nanny will be with 2 year old during the day, creating activities and taking her to fun and educational locations. It is preferred that nanny speak with us before exploring new locations (museums, parks outside our hometown, etc.). Bus will drop off oldest children at 4pm. Nanny will oversee after-school snacks, homework, and dinner preparation. It is preferred that nanny prepares children for bed; we typically arrive home 6:30-7pm and would like to spend time before children go to bed just focusing on being with our children and hearing about their days.

PARENT REQUEST:

“Our nanny should focus on children primarily. We would like the nanny to have worked at a previous Main Line governess job so she is aware of how to handle the development and interaction of each child. Her communication with us is very important, and we want her to feel like she is part of our family.”

Your Main Line governess job is the perfect position to prepare you for a local nanny placement with an esteemed family. Those speaking below emphasize their pleasant experiences with nannies like you:

“Suzy was responsible or caring for my two school aged children in our Main Line governess job. She made sure they ate scheduled meals, got to and from school, and completed their schoolwork. She also performed basic housekeeping tasks. Suzy is very reliable and never missed a day of work. She interacted well with the children and kept the house very tidy. I highly recommend Suzy as a reliable and pleasant person who works well with children!”

“I met Hollie when I hired her to care for my two children. At the time she started working for my family in my Main Line governess job, I had a 2-year-old daughter and a newborn son. She stepped into a difficult situation, as my two year old was very jealous of the new baby, and handled it extremely well. I felt immediately comfortable leaving her alone with the children! She is a very reliable, prompt and honest woman. Most importantly, she loves children and is an extremely warm caregiver! She is never afraid to get on the floor and play with the children, whether it is pretending to be my daughter’s pet dog or making a tower of blocks with my son. She is an amazing nanny who will most certainly be an asset to your family!”

“I hired Katarina to work as a childcare provider and a counselor assistant. The children felt completely safe and secure in her care! Katarina always offered various educational activities. The patience she shows to my children at my Main Line governess job is amazing! Katarina is reliable, cheerful and ready to engage the children with art projects, Spanish lessons, and other enriching activities. She is one of my employees! The children look forward to spending time with her. She is a great listener and she follows my instructions in regard to all rules about nap time, food, etc. The children listen to her and respect her as well. I definitely recommend Katarina as a nanny to any family in need of childcare services. She has all it takes!”

“Monica cared for my two year old daughter, and it was a joy to have her! She always came to our home on time, cheerful and ready to engage my daughter with creative art, dramatic play and other enriching activities. She is intelligent, kind and a great listener. My daughter loved Monica, and looked forward to spending time with her. That said, she always followed our directions in regard to my daughter (bedtimes, food, etc.) and she respect her as an authority figure. By hiring Monica for your Main Line governess job, you can be assured that you are getting a quality caregiver. Monica is fun, and any family that hires her has very fortunate children indeed!”

“I met Kelly through a neighbor and she started providing childcare services for my son immediately. My son felt completely safe and secure in her home. Kelly offered many various educational activities, as well as healthy snacks and meals. The kindness and patience she showed to my son was outstanding. Her home was always clean and kept child proof. I definitely recommend Kelly as a childcare provider for any other family in need of nanny services. With her background experience at a Main Line governess job and her strong abilities to connect with children, she can definitely offer everything a family would be looking for in a nanny! She did a wonderful job!”
