Substitute answering phones at your current Main Line receptionist job by answering adorable questions at local nanny positions!

Main Line Nanny Job:

Full Time: Wednesday through Saturday (8am-6pm)
Children: 8 month old girl
Salary Offering: $650-$725/week, Based on Experience
Note: Seeking someone articulate and well-spoken to develop baby’s vocabulary
Children's Activities: At 9 months old, Bella is already very personable; she loves being out in public! She likes to be talked to and played with, although she can entertain herself with toys for a short while as long as someone is close by (she gets lonely quickly).
Position Description: 1 bottle feeding plus 2-3 feedings of solid foods (Id nurse for the other feedings). Diaper changing. Playtime, including walks and trips to the park, etc. Naps (she needs to be held, swung, strolled, or driven around to nap). A few baths (most will be at night after the nanny goes home). Baby’s laundry. Putting toys away, cleaning up after her meals, & washing her bottles.

PARENT REQUEST:

“We are looking for a caregiver who is kind, optimistic, warm, caring, patient, level-headed but willing to be silly. Willing to be very interactive with Bella, but not in need of lots of adult conversation; best fit would probably be someone who wants to transition out of a Main Line receptionist job. Also, comfortable with me being in the room with her sometimes, since I’ll want to spend my breaks and mealtimes with Bella! Willing to adhere to our way of doing most things, but happy to give advice when asked.”

Are you tired of answering the same old questions over the phone in your Main Line receptionist job? Apply for a local nanny opportunity, and you will find sweet, loving faces of children asking you for wonderful things – like kisses and cuddles! Below are some happy families speaking of their nannies that came from a work history like yours:

“Tina worked for us as a night time Nanny until our son was able to sleep through the entire night. She would take care of my son at night and then help me in the morning to get the children ready for the day and get me out of the house in a timely fashion. It was amazing that she was able to have her Main Line receptionist job at the same time. Tina was a pleasure! Life was so much easier with her help throughout the house. She was very reliable and trustworthy. I always knew that my kids were in capable hands. Tina still provides childcare for us and takes care of the kids when they are sick. I would definitely hire her again!”

“I have known Kimberly for the past eighteen years and she became my three year old son’s part-time childcare provider. When it comes to working with children Kimberly has a very nurturing attitude and is a patient person. She loves helping them with homework! Kimberly is also very attentive to each child’s individual wants and needs; whenever I pick my son up, he always proceeds to tell me about the fun he had at Ms. Kim’s house! Kimberly is very punctual when it comes to working at her full time Main Line receptionist job as well. She is known to arrive at work a half hour early so that she can get herself ready for the day. She gets along well with her co-workers and she has a very pleasant and friendly attitude! I fully recommend her for a Nanny position!”

“I met Heather while working in an office environment when we were co-workers at a Main Line receptionist job, and seeing her work ethic I became comfortable with her on a personal level. She offered at one time to bail me out of a situation where I didn't have child care, and I was so impressed that I have used her as my primary childcare provider ever since!”

“Whitney was very attentive to what the children needed and wanted. She took them out for outdoor activities, and kept them busy doing things. She is always on time or early and never complains! She loves to clean and is able to multi-task, surely attributes that are welcome at her Main Line receptionist job. We wish we were able to take her on as out full time nanny!”

“Libby is adored by my boys! She has maintained a relationship with both sons and in my opinion loves them like her own. I have seen Libby with children other than her son; she treats them like they are her own! That is why I trusted her with my two children even though her primary work history is with her Main Line receptionist job. I would recommend her to anyone! She was always on time to work or early. She was great with the boys, and they were always outside or doing something creative indoors. I felt comfortable with my boys in her care!”

“I have had the tremendous pleasure of knowing Diana for the past 5 years, and it is an honor to write a letter of recommendation for her. I first met Diana when she worked at a Main Line receptionist job. After being enchanted with her bubbly personality, I asked her if she would like to be our nanny! She began caring for our children (Anna and Chase), then ages 3 and newborn, on a regular basis after I returned to work on a full time basis after the birth of my son. She has continued caring for our children since that time, and I am always secure about the safety and happiness of our children they are under Diana’s care. Diana is caring, mature and always patient. She is also a gifted artist, and uses her creative skills to engage the children in activities that aid in their development in addition to being fun. It was Diana’s idea to work with my son and daughter to create a board game out of cardboard, complete with game pieces and playing cards. She also actively sought out township activities that provided educational growth, such a library reading clubs, and my children now love to go to the library. We have been extremely blessed to have Diana in our lives. We are convinced that our children owe much of their positive development to her presence. Her approach to caring for Anna and Chase complement our parenting well, as she respects our personal philosophies while being mature enough to make daily decisions independently. Additionally, she provides them with so much creative and artistic exposure and education.”
