Interested in finding a childcare job in Philadelphia that can utilize all of your previous childcare experience? The following reviews are examples of childcare providers like yourself that families are proud to recommend!

“Dena has a wonderful rapport with people of all ages, especially children! My husband and I have three children, two of whom are on the Autistic Spectrum. Because of their developmental delays, our children can be somewhat more challenging to take care of than one with more typical children. Her ability to connect with our children and her talent at teaching simple concepts are truly superior. She has excellent written and verbal communication and is extremely organized. Dena can work independently and with a very positive attitude. Besides taking care of our two developmental challenged children, she helped our daughter with her homework and school projects. Dena has been able to provide my daughter a positive model to follow. I recommend Dena for your Philadelphia childcare job without any hesitation!”

“Adi is wonderful with my children! I am happy that I hired her for our Philadelphia childcare job. She is very reliable, trustworthy, and I have never worried about my children when they were with Adi. She cared for them, as I would want my children cared for in my absence. Adi has always been great to work with, as she is great with the children. She is not one to let them sit in front of a TV. She would take them on various outings, read with them, or come up with a fun arts and craft project for the children to do. Adi would always remind them of their manners, help them clean up, and all of the behavioral aspects that are imporatant to a nurturing parent like myself. Adi is very reliable, and a great communicator. I am lucky to have had Adi to trust with my children!”

“I am completely pleased with the care Joleen provides to my daughter! In the beginning, I had a very hard time finding someone I was comfortable with for my childcare job in Philadelphia. The minute I met Joleen, I knew I had found the perfect nanny. I really appreciate the one-on-one interaction that she provides for my daughters development! She is sure to provide Kya with appropriate meals, as I am very particular about her diet. Joleen always involves her in various activities throughout the day. They go to the local library where Kya can interact with other children, and have gone on trips to the zoo and museum! With Joleen, my daughter is surrounded with love, excellent developmental guidance, and security. It is wonderful to know my child is in a place she enjoys, which gives me great peace of mind. While I initially dreaded my daughter leaving such a personal and loving environment, I am confident that she will be prepared for preschool. I wholeheartedly recommend Joleen to care for any child!”

“While working in the preschool, Adrianne was supervised by the classroom teachers. In the summer camp, Adrianne led the morning group activities with her assistant. Both positions required a tremendous amount of responsibility, planning and engaging adult/child interactions! Adrianne fulfilled her responsibilities while being enthusiastic and engaging with the children in her care! She could be counted on to make good decisions and performed well during emergency situations. Based on her classroom performance and evaluations made by her supervising teachers as well as her camp supervisor, I am happy to write this recommendation letter on her behalf. While completing her coursework, Adrianne demonstrated a strong aptitude for working with young children. Her interactions with the children were enthusiastic and positive! She is a hard-working, self-starter who invariably understood exactly what a project was all about from the outset. Part of her coursework involved writing lesson plans to carry out with the children and her plans reflected a strong understanding of the interests and developmental levels of the children in her care. Often, Adrianne took the initiative to redirect small groups of children based on her observations of their needs at that moment. She planned and implemented a range of creative enrichment activities for our summer camp children to engage in. Adrianne easily transitioned from working with preschoolers to working with young school-agers and successfully addressed the needs of the older group. She is a resourceful, creative, and solution-oriented person who frequently came up with new and innovative approaches to daily classroom and camp activities and challenging situations! Adrianne was sensitive to the many needs of the children in her care beyond the traditional “academics” and could frequently be found engaging the children in interesting activities and spontaneous conversations. On the interpersonal side, Adrianne has excellent written and verbal communication skills! She gets along extremely well with the staff members as well as her fellow fieldwork student peers. Another aspect of the course involved working with a group of students and examining the classroom quality and effectiveness. Adrianne worked well within the group and her input into the project was extensive and valuable. Additionally, while completing her developmental profile for one of the children in her assigned group, she demonstrated a keen ability for observing and recording pertinent information regarding the education and development of a preschooler. Adrianne would be a tremendous asset to any Philadelphia childcare job. Her experiences and qualifications make her an ideal candidate for any family. She would be able to offer your children and endless number of activities to partake in as well as solid educational support. I am happy to recommend Adrianne to your family!”

“Kathy absolutely fulfilled all of her job requirements! She was always a pleasure to have working for us! Our children adored her and even after she moved on to another childcare job in Philadelphia, they always asked about her and wanted to see her! She provided our children with a positive, nurturing environment. I am so lucky to have found Kathy! Every day she came to our house with a smile on her face. Even on days when the children were extra cranky, her positive attitude always made them feel better, and it absolutely made me feel better about leaving them. Kathy taught me many things. I have seen her comfort our children when they did not want us to leave and I have seen her accomplish seemingly impossible tasks, such as teaching our two year old to share his favorite toys. I was so sad when we no longer needed her, but our children had grown past our need for a nanny. Any family fortunate enough to get Kathy will certainly be blessed to have such a wonderful person caring for their children!”
