Once the nanny applicant has arrived for her interview in our office she will meet with the placement counselor assigned to her application. This placement counselor identifies the nanny applicants' experience level and professionalism. She will discuss at length all prior positions, schedules and her comfortability level caring for children of different age groups. She will also inquire as to the nanny applicant's experience with special needs children, educational background, and musical abilities..

ABC Nanny Source also obtains electronic fingerprints from each NY nanny applicant that has passed the face to face interview. The electronic fingerprints are then recorded and submitted into the electronic profile for families to view.
