“I am very independent and love to care for other and love kids. I grew up with taking care of my siblings since I was 6 years old, when my mom left to come to the United States. I used to take care of my neighbors' kids when they had to leave and run errands. The reason I have chosen to be in the Nanny profession alongside other Carrol County Nannies over any other is because I want to be an integral part of a child's development. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a child grow and progress while in my care! I have been serving in some form of childcare for over 4 years and can honestly say that I love what I do! I feel children are each so special! My goal as one of the Carrol County Nannies is to make sure the family I work for is satisfied with my care for them and their child. I am willing to do housekeeping that includes dusting, cleaning and sanitising, making beds, and vaccuming. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives, I would say that I am a great multitasker, creative, dependable, hardworking, and honest. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include Playing at the park, playing ball, tag, hide and seek, exploring trees and plants, and maybe even some baking, if the parents don’t mind! If asked to describe the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me, I would hope they would be kind, caring, and communicative.”
“Full disclosure – I am a relative of hers but knowing her my whole life has given be a great picture as to the kind of person she is! She worked at a store with me for 2 years and had an excellent work ethic. We also grew up in a poor household and she was in charge of me and my brother. She always made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. She would even cook for us when our parents weren’t around. She is flexible, understanding, and genuine in all of her interactions and she really commits herself to anything she wants to do. She is not the kind of person to be half-hearted about anything. She is also very responsible and does a great job in caring for others, as Carrol County Nannies should. I think she can succeed in just about anything she sets her mind to!”
