Services and Salaries for Georgia Nannies

Permanent Full Time Live-Out Nannies

The week of a full-time nanny will typically consist of 40-55+ hours serving their family, with average daily duties and activities spanning a broad spectrum. No matter what, though, the care and safety of your children always come first for an ABC Nanny. This could include driving or transporting the kids to/from school, extracurriculars, or appointments. In addition, the nanny is of course expected to help the children get dressed, read with them, and prepare nutritious meals. Beyond the children, the nanny may need to help with light housekeeping, though it must always be specified in writing if so, both on the family’s application and the Offer of Employment that’s signed by both nanny and family. This way both parties are fully aware of what they are getting into. The typical salary for a full-time live-out nanny will be $800-$1,000+ weekly, along with a benefits package consisting of paid holidays, sick days, and vacation. Both the benefits package and the salary will be determined by the nanny’s experience and the specifications of the position.

Permanent Part Time Live-Out Nannies

The week of a part-time live-out nanny will typically consist of 25-39 hours serving their family, and will be paid hourly rather than by salary due to the inconsistent nature of weekly hours for part-time. Typically, our part-time nannies make $18-$25 an hour, and will also receive some paid vacation, sick time, and holidays.

Permanent Full Time Live-In Nannies

The week of a full-time live-in nanny will typically consist of 50-60 hours serving your family. They must also receive a separate living area/room and bath, which in some cases looks like a separate guest home. More flexibility will be required of a live-in nanny to work around the parents’ schedules, and light daily housekeeping and meal preparation are often within the nanny’s realm of responsibility. The weekly salary of a full-time live-in nanny will typically be between $800 and $1,000+ and will include a benefits package including paid holidays, sick days, vacation, and even occasionally reimbursement for medical insurance! The pay and benefits will of course be determined by the nanny’s qualifications, experience, and the specifications of the position.
