During the screening process to be accepted by ABC Nanny Source for representation, recruiters and Placement Counselors pose several questions. These are some examples of inquiries asked by the agency.

5. If you encountered any uncertainties regarding the job description for a family position, how would you approach the situation? Would you prioritize clarifying any doubts before accepting the position or would you rely on optimism and hope for the best afterwards?

6. What kinds of activities, whether educational or recreational, do you intend to include in the daily schedule?

7. In your past experiences, what sort of communication style have you become familiar with when working with previous families? Are you planning to maintain a daily events journal to ensure we are kept updated on the day's occurrences?
