"The amount of dedication to safety and organization that ABC Nanny Source puts in when it comes to such confidential information was what surprised me the most. I was so glad to read over multiple extensive profiles so that I could pick the best nanny and already trust her by the time she came to my home. I was fully relaxed even on the first day, because it already felt like I personally knew the nanny! That’s how descriptive their profiles are. From start to finish, the process was made simple, and I can confidently say we hired the perfect nanny for our children!"

Justine loves nurturing children through our Henry County Nanny Agency, and strives to be a great role model for every child she works with.

"I’m happy person and I love being a nanny because I love children, playing with them, and helping them to grow as healthy people as well as being a part of the family that I care for. I’m a very organized person, I’m able to coordinate activities like play dates and I always like to follow the parent’s rules in the house. If I was asked to describe in one sentence the reason I have chosen to be in the nanny profession at a Henry County Nanny Agency over any other it would have to be because I like to work with children, playing outside and enjoying the beautiful days together. The children I nanny will become a part of my life, so that’s why I strive to be a good role model for them. I have been serving in some form of childcare for over 13 years and can honestly say I love what I do! My goal as a nanny is to teach the child to be a good person. I care about them as I would care for my own. As they grow, they need to have a good foundation in life, so it is part of my job, with the parents, to help them reach that goal. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am organized, respectful, serious, kind and flexible. Activities that I would like to incorporate in the daily plan for the family I care for would include making healthy meals, engaging in educational activities for the children, cleaning and tidying around the house, and organizing clothes.”

“I recommend her for a Henry County Nanny Agency. She was my nanny for an unfortunately short period of time during winter of 2020/202 through no fault of her own (her departure was due to my husband's and my unfortunate work schedules and the COVID-19 pandemic). One of the reasons I was first so impressed with her was of the longevity of her previous positions. Most of her former positions were kept for at least two years if not longer. I hate that I have brought down her average, but she has certainly impacted us in big way even during the short time she was with us. From the moment I was introduced to her, I was impressed with her calm demeanor and attitude. While I was showing her around, she absent-mindedly started folding my son's strewn about laundry like it was second nature to her. She understood what it was going to be like with my husband and I working from home and what kind of schedule I was hoping she could keep with my daughter. She never once questioned what I wanted; she just made it happen. She was able to make small suggestions like if she could feed my daughter in the kitchen instead of the dining room to have an eye on her that made life easier for everyone. She had excellent crafting ideas and even brought my daughter a birthday present after only a few weeks. She and my daughter created a fabulous routine. At first my daughter was apprehensive, but it didn’t take long until I could walk in and out of the room and not worry about her crying for me. Even though my daughter had just turned two, she was already working on potty training. They practiced letters and numbers everyday, and I saw a dramatic improvement in how she was reciting her ABC’s and recognizing her numbers. I was even impressed with how she handled my son, who was attending pre-k at the time. On her second day, she brought over a mask for him to color and all of a sudden they were best friends. Clearly, she loves nurturing them, caring for them, and teaching them. I could go on and on with how impressed I am with her ability to foster their growth and support their development at any stage (and haven't even mentioned how safe she's being with COVID-19 precautions). If you need any additional information, feel free to call or email me.”

“We highly recommend her as a nanny for your children. She cared for our two daughters, who are 3 years old and 5 years old. We feel her work ethic was a perfect match for our family and the needs of many families out there. She is reliable, trustworthy, and our children always felt safe with her. The reason for the position ending was no reflection on her but that we no longer had a need for a nanny due to our family and work lifestyle had changed.”

“She was amazing. She is kind, dependable, and trustworthy. Our children loved her, and I had 100 percent confidence that my children were very well cared for while I was working. She would do the laundry, cook for everyone, transport my children to their appointments, and do housework as well. Although my children are grown and my youngest will be graduating this spring, I still remember when I handed my daughter to her during the interview and she put her head on her shoulder immediately. I knew at that moment that she would be very nurturing to my children. While she was our Henry County Nanny Agency nanny, my husband and I were both stuck in NYC on 9/11 and weren’t sure when we could get home. I called her and knew that she had the situation completely under control no matter when we arrived home. She understood to keep the TV off and keep everyone occupied and happy. I was very grateful she took control of the situation. I feel that any family that hires her will be happy that they did.”

“She was employed as a nanny and housekeeper with our family. We have three children, and when she first began working with us, our twin boys were 9 years old and our daughter was 6 years old. She cared for the children, which at their age required a good deal of driving for school and other activities as well as supervising afterschool time and time on vacation. I was working from home at the time so we shared some responsibilities, but I was often busy with work so she acted as a sole charge nanny much of the time and has worked as a sole charge nanny in prior jobs. She also took care of many household chores when the children were at school as well - in particular laundry, cooking, and light housekeeping. She is a hard worker and prefers to be busy, so would always ask for things to do around the house if there was spare time outside of child care. I highly recommend her as a nanny. Above all she is very trustworthy and responsible. She took her job with us very seriously and always wanted to do a good job. She would proactively check in with me periodically to make sure I was satisfied with her work, and to ask if there was anything I wanted done differently. She is extremely honest. My children are very fond of her and were comfortable in her care. She is very organized and takes initiative, but also takes directions very seriously. Overall, she was very easy to work with and a very hard worker.”

“I'm a good friend of hers. I have known her since 1996, when we were working at the same company in our home country. She is a very responsible and honest person. Above all, she is very trustworthy and takes her job very seriously and always wanted to do a good job in all positions that she has been working in the past seventeen years as a nanny. She has been raised with principles and values. As a person, she is a very happy and cheerful woman. She likes to do a lot of exercise and she eats healthy food. She also likes to keep her house neat and clean. In her free time, she always spends a lot of time with her daughter doing things together like going to parks, going on bike rides, and teaching her daughter to speak Spanish. She is a very simple and kind person.”
