“I am a highly motivated and hard-working individual with a strong passion for being active and enjoying the outdoors. My preference for an active lifestyle led me to choose the Nanny profession, as I thoroughly enjoy working with children and believe I have a lot to offer a family. After gaining over 8 years of childcare experience, including working at the Morgan County After School Program, I can confidently say that I love what I do! The children I work with are open-minded, ready to learn, excited, fun, and innocent. As a Nanny, my primary goal is to protect, educate, and engage them in entertaining activities. I am also willing to assist with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, pet care, and laundry. Trustworthy, reliable, active, easy-going, and kind aptly describe me. Incorporating exercise, educational activities, and spending time outdoors on pleasant days are the activities I aim to include in the daily plan for the family I care for. Ideally, the perfect family seeking a Nanny like me would hold strong morals and standards, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy an active lifestyle.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Dianna at the Morgan County After School Program, where she has truly excelled in her role as a teacher. Dianna’s ability to smoothly transition students into her classes has been commendable. As an observer, I have noticed that Dianna’s teaching skills are exceptional. She possesses a solid grasp of the subjects she teaches and is able to adapt her teaching style to meet the individual needs of her students. In the classroom, Dianna demonstrates a strong command of classroom management techniques, effectively maintaining a productive learning environment. She establishes herself as an authority figure while also establishing a respectful and professional rapport with her students. The students readily accept and connect with her, which has created a relaxed and open atmosphere in the classroom. Dianna’s teaching methods encompass a diverse range of techniques, and she is confident in implementing these strategies. I have witnessed her successfully adjust her lessons and teaching styles to accommodate the wide array of learning styles present in each class. Additionally, Dianna consistently displays tact and courtesy when communicating with her students, their parents, and her fellow educators. Her dedication to her students is evident, as she genuinely cares for their growth and development. Dianna is always willing to go the extra mile, investing additional time and effort to ensure her students achieve their goals. Throughout her tenure at our High School, Dianna has shown remarkable growth as an educator. On a personal level, I find Dianna to be a pleasure to work with. I have complete confidence in her ability to handle any situation, which allows me to feel assured that everything is taken care of when I come in to teach. With her strong work ethic and pleasant personality, Dianna is destined to flourish as an exceptional teacher. The aforementioned qualities have undoubtedly facilitated a smooth transition for myself and the students.”

“Diana joined our team at the Morgan County After School Program on the first day of school when a teacher left for another district, leaving us with an empty position. However, Diana seamlessly filled the void, quickly familiarizing herself with the curriculum, students, their backgrounds, learning needs, and the rest of the staff. She not only adapted to the existing curriculum but also enhanced it by incorporating engaging activities and authentic assessments that deeply involved our students. As the program coordinator, I am responsible for managing a staff of approximately 15 individuals, keeping them informed about school developments, providing professional development opportunities, and ensuring they meet their professional responsibilities. Diana never posed any challenges in these areas. She was always present, punctual, and well-prepared for all assigned tasks. Moreover, she willingly volunteered for additional responsibilities, such as participating in open house and SLC activities. Diana's classroom management skills are exceptional. She has a warm and open style of interaction that the students greatly appreciate and gravitate towards, while still maintaining professional boundaries. In addition to her teaching role, Diana also served as an assistant coach for our school's Swim Team, regularly chaperoned school dances and events, supported the Morgan County After School Program, and frequently attended student sporting events. It is evident that Diana thoroughly enjoys her job and genuinely cares about her students, always keeping their best interests in mind. This, undoubtedly, contributes to her ability to effectively control her classroom environment. Students feel safe and motivated to perform well to please her. Losing Diana as a member of our staff will unquestionably be a significant loss for us, but her talents and dedication will be a valuable asset to any organization that has the privilege of hiring her!”

“When it comes to Dianna's involvement with the staff and student body of the Morgan County After School Program, one can easily describe her as a team player, open-minded, helpful, and professional. Dianna's willingness to lend a hand whenever necessary was evident, as she actively supported me during conflict resolution sessions and offered guidance to students by redirecting them to the appropriate staff members when situations escalated. Dianna's sincere dedication to assisting students in presenting their best work was truly commendable, as she diligently worked alongside them to help them reach their fullest potential. With her laid-back demeanor, Dianna created a comfortable atmosphere for students to engage in meaningful conversations. Through her creative and engaging lessons, she continuously sparked interest and enthusiasm in Social Studies among her students. It was a pleasure collaborating with Dianna throughout the school year, and I wholeheartedly endorse her for employment with any organization.”
