10 Step Screening Process for ABC's Florida Nannies

Accuracy and verification are always at the forefront of our minds and we want the absolute best for you and your family. We will only present the best and most qualified candidates to you in order to ensure your happiness!

ABC Nanny Source tends to accept only 10% of candidates that apply to work with us.

Agency Interview
	All ABC nannies go through an in-depth interview process prior to any introduction to families. While most agencies perform this once, we do it every single time a nanny is being considered for a potential match. When we do this, we are given the opportunity to answer questions specific to a family they are being considered for.
Document Analysis & Identity Verification
	In the days we live in, it is very easy for families to believe they are welcoming someone into their home who is not actually who they say they are. And there is little done to confirm their actual identification other than a simple glance at a driver’s license. Our families love that we go the extra mile to ensure that people are who they say they are and absolutely no one is represented by our agency until this is finalized.
Photograph
	Every nanny has an electronic profile which includes a photo so that you are aware of what the person who is coming into your home looks like!
Vehicle Registration
	Vehicle registration is required for all nannies when applicable to their hiring. This allows us to verify they have professional means of transportation and are able to arrive and function in a timely manner as that is something that you are relying on.
One-Year Commitment
	Every nanny that is represented by ABC Nanny Source is committed to one year within our industry. This allows the family to be comfortable and confident that you will have, at minimum, one year of complete service!
Drug Testing
	Another step that families value is our drug testing process. All nannies that come through our office complete a five-panel drug test performed by Quest Diagnostics. An applicant will never be represented by our team until this has been completed.
Social Security Verification Trace
	A logical fear is the hiring of a nanny who is not legally able to work in the United States, so we verify eligibility and work status of every nanny that we represent.
MVR & Background Check
	Transportation of your children is a high priority, and we want to ensure you are comfortable with your nannies driving history. A motor vehicle report will be provided to you so you can assess their skills and if you trust them to transport your children. We will also do an in-depth criminal background check and give you all of the information so there are no surprises, and you are able to feel comfortable with the nanny caring for your children.
References Verification
	References are a vital part of the screening process and determine a lot about a candidate's character and reputation. Any references provided to us are verified by our Verification Department and any and all findings are reported to you as well as are listed on their electronic profile. References will be in depth and will include history of work, ages of children, number of hours worked, and what the experience was like working with the nanny.
