What Will Our Florida Nanny Agency Do For You?

Maintaining an open line of communication between your family and your counselor is essential to guaranteeing that our Florida Nanny Agency delivers the highest quality service. Once we receive your completed online registration form and the signed ABC referral agreement, a dedicated placement counselor will promptly be assigned to you. They will arrange a personal consultation at a time convenient for you, during which they will carefully review your family application. Your counselor will seek clarification on various aspects, including scheduling consistency, allergies of your child(ren), the presence of pets in your home, additional spoken languages, and any other information you would like to share. This information will help us promptly send you the most suitable candidates. Rest assured that your counselor will keep you updated on the progress. Continued communication between your family and your counselor is vital to ensuring that our Florida Nanny Agency provides you with the best possible service.

Along with the profiles of the selected nannies, your placement counselor will also send you a standard “Offer of Employment Letter” which you will be able to modify to reflect exactly what you would like the counselor to present to the FL nanny you have chosen. Once we receive your decision on which nanny you would like to employ, we will present the position to the candidate you have selected and as soon as she has accepted the position, she will be immediately removed from the database of available candidates and will no longer be presented to any other prospective families. At that point, an ABC staff member will assemble a hard copy profile for your family records, which will be sent to you by certified mail within a matter of a few days. The complete electronic profile will contain copies of all clearances, certifications, letters of reference, identification copies, address, contact numbers and emergency contact information, email address, one year commitment pledge, the Offer of Employment letter, and the signed offer of employment letter showing acceptance!

After your nanny has started, your placement counselor will reach out to your family promptly to ensure everything is going according to plan. Even after this initial follow-up, your placement counselor will always be available to address any concerns or queries you may have regarding your nanny, including topics like salary increments, bonuses, vacations, or any other potential questions that may arise. At ABC Nanny Source, our placement counselors provide unwavering support to both our families and nannies, striving to exceed all your initial expectations.
