Ask us anything about our FL Nanny Agency! How can I trust the nanny that ABC Nanny Source recommends?

Welcoming a nanny into your home is a personal decision and one we take very seriously. Our 10-step screening process is extensive and includes identity verification, driving records, criminal history, drug testing, and a social security trace. We verify references to assure employment history is accurate and thorough. ABC Staff members take this process incredibly seriously and promise that you are presented with the best options to care for your family.

What separates ABC Nanny Source from other National Online Agencies?

ABC Nanny Source prides ourselves on being different from all of the rest. We get to know every family on a personal level and we thoroughly vet each nanny that we represent. Each nanny has a background check, driving record, ID verification, and references checked. They are certificated with up-to-date CPR certifications and our staff gets to know them in order to make the best decision for both them and the family they may work for. This touch of care is unequivocally ahead of anything available from a national online agency.

Do each of your Nannies on file speak English?

Each candidate that ABC Nanny Source represents is able to read, write, and speak English fluently. However, many of them are multilingual if you have a preference of your child being around a speaker of another language. Make sure you let us know so we can arrange that for you!

How do you find the ideal match for our family ?

Multiple factors go into play in order to determine the best fit for your family. Any nannies presented to you will be local to your area as we try to keep them all within a 30-mile radius. We also consider your unique requests, needs, and requirements and make sure each nanny knows them and is able to fulfill them.

Example: You have both a newborn baby and a two-year-old. Your ABC Placement Counselor will only give you options of nannies that have experience with these ages and is comfortable in their growth and development.

With fifteen years in business, ABC Nanny has learned to be incredibly mindful and successful in terms of the matching process. Pay-range desired and the job requirements always go hand in hand so nothing can be misleading or incorrect. If you should choose, you are also given the opportunity to create a specific description that we can use to help specify the nanny you are looking to hire.

Example: If you need a nanny that is good with dietician restrictions or is specifically nurturing, we can find that for you!

We will exhaust every option in order to find a candidate that is up to your standard and all individuals that are presented to you, are ready to take on the role of your family’s caregiver.
