The Florida Nanny Assessment Process

Our process of assessing nannies allows us to find you the ideal person for your family! The beginning of the process starts with a detailed registration form. Once that is completed, within 24 hours, one of our experienced Placement Counselors will contact you. This counselor will ask questions to best understand your situation and establish exactly what you are looking for. From this, she will make an incredibly detailed description so we can best match you with a nanny that fits your criteria. While in this process, you will be asked a variety of questions, such as the time frame in which you need them, preference of age, or the expectations of your children’s transportations and activities. Your Placement Counselor will guide you through the entire process and will walk hand in hand with you to ensure that you are aware of every step of the process, all details and fees, and to make the process as seamless as possible.

Following our initial assessment and payment and credit card information have been approved, your placement counselor will continue with completion of your registration. Immediate completion will result in your placement counselor eagerly beginning the church for your nanny! ABC Nanny Source typically presents nanny’s that are local to your home, preferably within a 30-mile or so radius. Based on your requirements, we will narrow down candidates based on their qualifications and experience, we will be sure to find the perfect fit for your family.

Once candidates have been narrowed down, your placement counselor will be in communication with you about their potential. You will receive a headshot, the candidate’s description of themselves and why they want the position, verified references, as well as feedback and pay suggestions from your Placement Counselor. This email will also contain all information about her criminal background checks, drug testing, and driving history. We will get you this information swiftly after your registration is completed.
